Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
"Woah. What's this?" Speckles wondered. Standing in the initiate's den, he had been stealing scraps of moss from Singedwolf's nest - he didn't need it anymore, he was in prison - when he found a strange object hidden within it. It looked like a small, painted skull, far too delicate for the fierce warrior to have. Strange. What should he do with it?
After a pause, he picked it up in his jaws and carried it out of the den, holding it high. "Whafshold Idowif dis?" he mumbled unintelligibly around the prize.

Carrotkit had been enjoying his meal when he heard the initiate's voice, he stood up making his way over looking at the skull with interest "I don't know... Thats a strange thing to paint though" he pointed out the brightly colored lines on it
Speckles nodded in agreement. He set it down before the kitten. “I haven’t learned about the paint and the colors and the symbols yet,” he told Carrotkit. “Do you know if these designs mean anything?”

"Good idea!" Relieved it wasn't up to him, Speckles snatched up the skull and pranced across the camp to lay it by the entrance. He arranged it carefully, then stepped back. "I wonder who it belonged to."

"I dunno... A failed imitate maybe... Or maybe one of the other kits hid it in there... It could be Cabbagekit, she always does wierd things... or maybe Brightkit? She is an odd one"
“Why would an initiate use paint if they knew they were gonna fail?” he wondered. He didn’t understand why initiates wouldn’t just leave if they didn’t think they would pass the test. Did they all think they could convince the Sun God?

"maybe its some sort of secret message?" he gasped, a paw darting up to his chest "what if it is the Sun God leaving us a message that someone is going to die soon"
"It could be a secret message, but I don't think it means anyone will die," Speckles laughed. "It's clearly not a cat skull! It's some kind of prey, maybe. Not a mouse, I know mice."
