Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Festeringfruit took savage pleasure in the news that his mother was exiled and the leader overthrown. He had never liked them anyway, and their absence left a power vacuum in the clan. He wasn't dumb enough to think Bloodrhondo would actually stay leader long, but he would support him as long as necessary. If he could get in his good graces, he might be the next pick for Promised. Wouldn't that be something?
Chin up, mop of curly fur unruly, the little warrior stood tall on the cliffs and stared over the camp. "I am taking out a patrol to look for more traitors sneaking out of camp," Festeringfruit announced loudly. "Who is coming with me?"

"I could use with some fresh air" came an all to familiar voice as Tinymutiny slipped over beside her brother. Her kit were all tucked in with Oaskshade for now, and should sleep for a while at least. She hadn't been out of camp since she had given birth, taking care of twelve kits was a full time job after all. However, after everything that had happened she couldn't help but to want to see if she could figure out if their mother had made it to the DayClan border safely
Festeringfruit eyed her up and down. A nursing queen wanted to come with him? Maybe someone else would have stopped her, but he knew not to mess with his sister. Or, more likely, he simply didn't care at all. It was her neck to risk; what did it matter to him if she was away? Her kittens must be able to do without her, and if she ended up dead, well that was her fault. Not his problem.
"If you can keep up you can come," he responded with a curt nod. "But I'm not going to sit around and wait if you're too slow now."

She rolled her eyes "You are the one that is going to have trouble keeping up" she retorted giving him the glare that was so often followed up by a good thunk to his head when he pushed his annoyance level past her threshold
"I'm just saying, you've been sitting around in the nursery for a while now. You might not be as fit as you think, sister." Festeringfruit's devilish grin made it difficult to decipher if he was intentionally goading her. "Don't be surprised if you fall behind."

"Which is still twice as fit as you brother" she retorted, standing her ground firmly. Even on her worst days, she still could run circles aroun the likes of her brother, at least in her mind.
The dirty mop lifted his head and glared at her. "You were never as fit as I am. I would prove it to you, but it won't be a fair contest now that you're so out of shape."

She rolled her eyes "enough with the nonsense, can we just get going before I tatter those ears of yours?" without really waiting for an answer she was already headed for the exit
Festeringfruit rolled his eyes. “Yeah, yeah.” He chased after her and walked at her side, refusing to lay even a single step behind. “Let’s just fine those traitors.”
