Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Ruinedportrait stifled an amused purr when she met her sibling's eye across the crowd, if they hadn't been by Silverfringe she would of waved them over. However, if there was one thing she learned from watching the majority of her litter-mates it was not to cross Littlestar's children. Which, her own siblings apparently couldn't get enough of. She broke eye contact only for a moment to look down at a pebble at her paws. When she looked back to Sorrowfularia there was a mischievous in her eyes. Turning her focus to the pebble she discreetly wound her paw back, so that what she was doing wasn't obvious to those around her except her litter-mates. With a swift movement she swung her paw forward launching the pebble right at Bloodyrondo.
Ryn stepped into camp. The young tom had recently taken over as leader of the Silhouette gang, a rogue group in twolegplace that had long pledged it's loyalty to the SunClan High Priestesses. He himself had been sent to the clan as a kit, raised by Foxbane, and then slowly taken over duties outside of it. SunClan knew of the group. They were extremely useful in gaining information outside of the clan and it's rules, though thanks to Ryn, they'd been convinced to follow the Sun God in their own way.
They were a powerful group, at least as far as non-clans went. And though the apprentices and kits would have no clue who they were, the warriors would. They weren't allowed to speak openly of the group, but they would all know the weight of his words.
Sariyah stepped in behind his son, the ex-leader of the Silhouettes an imposing black tom with vibrant yellow eyes.
Ryn's voice rose above the crowd, the black tom with amber eyes standing strong and proud, echoing a similar authority to Foxbane. After all, she had raised him, in a large part. "I and mine stand behind Bloodyrondo! Littlestar and Foxbane betrayed SunClan when they betrayed the Sun God, and that is that." He shouted, easily walking through the crowd and up the path to stand a pace behind and to Bloodyrondo's left.
Sorrowfularia, of course, noted Ruinedportrait's attitude, and a small laugh escaped them as they saw what she was doing and copied. Yet another pebble went sailing. It barely made it, but it did bonk Ryn right on the head, as evidenced by the sudden annoyed look and scanning of the crowd that made Sorrowfularia snicker.
A lithe torbie with striking green eyes followed behind Ryn, walking in stride next to Sariyah, standing tall despite her small frame. She paid no mind to the gathered cats sticking by her son and mate, not a shred of doubt clouded her gaze as she stood her seat next to her mate, the she cat held herself with a surprising amount grace and dignity for a cat who'd just strolled casually into another's territory.
Earthpaw saw his aunt shrink in her place and made his way to her side, though Articsong was older, she was small for her age the same way he was large for his. The apprentice sat at the same height as her, careful to keep a respectful distance between them, having be told from a young age that she didn't like to be touched. "Keep your head high, don't let them see they hurt you. Everything will be fine." he whispered to the warrior, holding his head high, his earth brown eyes glaring at Bloodyrondo in defiance. Faith
Ruinedportrait straightened up, completely caught off guard by the arrival of the rouges, now this this would be interesting. He didn't know it of course, but the black cat that took his place next to her brother now hard her full attention. She couldn't imagine any of this going over well, but she was eager to watch the show.

Silverfringe rolled her eyes, turning to Sorrowfularia "Your brother really is a mouse brain if he thinks he is going to lay a claw on my mother" she pressed up against the Janus, letting their pelts brush. Even though her words sounded confident, she was starting to become more and more uncertain as things began to unfold and these new cats appeared "He is such a hypocrite... Talking about traitors, but now bringing in outsiders to enforce his claims. It is ridiculous" the young she-cat still had a few scrapes and scratches from the raid, but for the most part she seemed ok just tired. She had come along to carry kits, and had stayed out of the fighting until her sister had gotten hurt. Honeystorm
Azura swatted at Romancefable's ears when he walked over to her. "You have no right to say anything. You helped him in that raid." She returned her furious gaze to Bloodyrondo. racer
Ryn, naturally, caught onto Ruinedportrait's expression, and immediately assumed it was her pebble that struck him. In another instance, it would have been amusing, but the tom clearly held no thoughts of mercy today. If this worked, well, ruthlessness was second nature to him by now.
Sorrowfularia still wore a slight smile, but they twined their tail with Silverfringe, leaning in close to speak with her in a barely audible whisper. "I understand. Though if things keep going this way, it may be safer to keep quiet than get you and the kits hurt, or worse. Bloodyrondo's unhinged, who knows what he'd do to you, especially as he doesn't like me or your mother. And right now, he seems to have enough support to do it, so it may be better to help from inside, than whatever the other option is." If she stood up, they'd support her, that much was clear. But, they also wanted the best outcome. "If all else fails, I'll defend Littlestar, and you go to DayClan." They knew their mate could defend herself, that was easy enough to see. But knowing she might end up imprisoned, or dead, it was far more wise for her to leave than to be captured, if she refused to be quiet.
(Gonna be slow doing some work) Skipstep's ears flattened as he heard what was going on outside. He moved to Littlestar's side. "We need to get out there soon, it sounds like the clans breaking into pandemonium out there." He muttered.
Jetclaw's ears flattened, "This is fox dung!" She snarled jumping to her paws. "Bloodyrondo is not the one in charge of SunClan, nor does he have the right to interpret the prophecy bestowed to Littlestar like this!" The tan and black she cat declared, fur bristling blue eyes blazing. "As Foxbane and Littlestar said the Sun God needed to learn from the error of his ways. To be reborn from his ashes anew and revived. To support Bloodyrondo and a waning Sun God is to be against change and revitalization!" She declared loudly claws unsheathed fur bushed out.
Goldengrace looked on wide eyed in shock and horror. Then she grit her teeth in fury glancing at her siblings looking for them in the crowd. She moved to go over to Jetfire, and Arcticsong if she could her ears flattening. She overheard Silverfringe and Sorrowfularia talking and she edged back to listen to them.
Summersolstice watched this all go down with wide eyes. She was stunned by this. Stunned by the revelation that Bloodyrondo had gone so far to steal kits and declare in a blanketstatement that clearly he would do it again.
This was not the place she wanted to be. Honestly she was tempted to just walk out with Foxbane, if this was the way things were going down it was better to leave...
But she had kits.
Kits that were very entrenched in SunClan's culture. She worriedly cast a glance towards Vibrantpaw and Dancingpaw to try and discern their reactions to everything that was going down. Flurryofstars1bitterchild
Radiantpaw though was sitting back and watching the chaos unfold. She looked at her mother and then at her siblings.
Summersolstice grit her teeth, still she had held her tongue for too long and she would not sit by and let injustice go by without doing anything ever again. "This is wrong." She said firmly lifting her chin and straightening up. "The Sun God you speak of is no more Bloodyrondo, found to be in need of restoration. You can not declare Foxbane has committed treason when that Sun God is no more. And it is not your place to speak for the Sun God, you are not the Leader of this clan. In this time of rebirth we should be coming together not tearing ourselves apart!"

Silverfringe was nearly shaking, ready to march right up to her mother's den and tell Bloodyrondo exactly what was on her mind. However the gentle touch of her mate pulling her backwards gave her paws. What he said made sense, and thus far Bloodyrondo hadn't really hurt anyone just exiled Foxbane. Something that her mother could easily over rules once she was recovered. She tried to force her pelt to lay flat, but the under layer of her fur refused to cooperate and she still seemed on edge "I know... It's just so wrong..." she whispered back glancing upwards once more "At least so far mom should be able to clean up his mess' Honeystorm
Unlike the others that were fired up one way or another, Jetfire had retreated to the edges of the crowd... Her ears had fallen back against her head, eyes dull and lifeless. The rest of the cats gathered here didn't know it, but Bloodyrondo had already won. All they were doing was delaying the inevitable, it was check mate.
Mousepaw squeaked, the small frail she-cat begin shoved around by the shifting crowd until she found herself far in the back.
Flawedperspective couldn’t believe her ears. She’d been in the nursery, helping out there when everyone had left for the battle against SwiftClan. Embrassed and ashamed, the she-cat hadn’t been able to believe the chaos that was erupting in the clan. The gathering was a nightmare. Their god gone, their leader in a coma, and now this. She needed to leave. Her own mother, Foxbane, was being exiled and of the town safety, Flawedperspective needed to leave. She wasn’t a strong warrior, had little value in that aspect but she had kits and she couldn’t leave them. Moving through the crowd she searched for her two kits. Dawningpaw and Truepaw had to be here somewhere and if she could convince them they’d be leaving the first chance she got. To where, she ha don idea but they would be. And gods help them, she prayed they’d be safe when they left. That the promised would dismiss them as to weak to keep. It was her one praying graced that as a weak warrior she’d be overlooked and she could only hope that her kits would be given the same treatment. They were descendants of Foxbane, and thus already out of favor in the clan.
Arcticsong could make out one noise resonating above the rest. Looking down at first expecting younger she realized it was Earthpaw, his young voice throwing her off before looking up at him. "I need to take a break," She managed to say, even in the chaos her voice was soft even when she sounded frantic. She didn't want to run away, the least she could do was be there in the crowd, but she also needed to take a moment to step away from the noise. "Will you come with me Earthpaw?" She asked. Manners were an after thought for Arcticsong most of the time. There were so many rules in the code, but there were hundreds more social cues, it was hard to remember them all. But somehow through the chaos she remembered it was polite to offer someone to come with a person when they break away suddenly from conversation.
Dawningpaw stood in the crowd, a pit of dread in her stomach. This was the turning point, the moment before a great storm. She never lived through any great wars, any revolutions, or huge betrayals until the gathering, but despite having no prior experience she knew in her bones this was start of the end. If Foxbane wasn't a true leader and Littlestar wasn't then how did Bloodyrondo stand any chance of being a good leader for their clan? They were all cursed... And now that Bloodyrondo, her half brother was banishing Foxbane there was no telling if he'd consider her family or more Foxbane. But judging by how Discordantmelody mentored her it was likely the ladder. Her gaze suddenly lifted as she spotted her mother making her way towards her. She quickly got up meeting the distance between her and Flawedperspective. Dawningpaw embraced her mother, her muzzle sinking deep into her neck fur before whispering in a hush tone. "Mom, we have to leave."
racer Goldengrace went over to Jetfire and sat down beside her sister. She'd already basically betrayed her mother she was realizing now. She'd gone with Bloodyrondo on his raid of SwiftClan, simply to try and escape her distress she was feeling, the crushing pain from Satinlight's death and the Sun God's death... She'd needed an out, and taking it out on SwiftClan seemed fine.
She hadn't stopped to question it.
"What do we do sister?" She whispered to her, a note of despair in her tone. She could see the writing on the wall of trouble coming.
"Oh sweetheart, I know. We can't stay here." She has no plan. No ideas. Only that they need to get out. But when? How? Flawedpersepctive could use the moment now and get the two of them out of there, but would someone spot them, out them? SHe couldn't say. The clan was in uproar right now, chaos was brewing and there was no way to tell what direction this was going.

Dancingpaw gaped at her mother, shocked by her words. How could she not be on Bloodyrhondo’s side? After what Littlestar had done, he was the only one who should act as leader. “Mother,” she hissed at Summersolstice. “Littlestar lost the right to be leader when she killed our God. Her actions are what tore us apart!” She tried to keep her volume down so only the cats closest to them could hear, and she glanced at her sisters to back her up.
“It’s cute how you try to paint me as a bad guy to get out of the noose you tied around your own neck. You’re just attempting to distract the Clan on some petty point that has little to do with the reason you are being exiled so you can somehow win their favor and turn them against me. This isn’t really about the Sun God or Littlestar. This is about actions that you choose, actions that involve them, yes, but bringing them up now is nothing but noise. You committed a series of crimes and I won’t stand for it. You say that you had permission to do what you did. I find that hilarious, it’s the weakest argument you’ve made yet. Permission means nothing if it’s misguided and, besides, it is easily revoked,” Bloodyrondo answered Foxbane with an even voice but his eyes were blazing. He knew the former High Priestess would give him troubles, he had anticipated it, kept cats of his close by for this very reason. She wouldn’t be able to pull any of her usual tricks if the shadows were already full, “Take her away.” (any cats who side with Bloody can do this)
“You really messed this one up, mom.” Discordantmelody was at Foxbane’s side and paced her paw over her mother’s, unsheathing her claws, “Be grateful that my big brother decided to let you live. Who would have thought that the code you wrote would be your undoing? Fate has a funny way of making things even, huh?”
"I'm a fool to exile Foxbane? This has been a long time coming! There is not a single cat in this Clan who has not suffered due to her tyranny. Her even being here now reflects poorly on Littlestar's judgement. Look where it got us. If she had enforced the code them perhaps we would have a living God with us now." Bloodyrondo fired right back at Vibrantpaw, he looked especially fearsome what with the blood adorning his fur, he was really living up to his name, "You're down there... just look at her eyes. Tell me that you see a true, honest cat, who means no harm to her Clan, and is sorry for what she has done."
"That sounds like a good idea." Earthpaw dipped his head respectfully to Articsong as she stood, letting her take the lead in their exit before following behind her, careful to mind his distance, and not step on any cat's paws as he walked passed. "It looks like things are about to turn sour anyway." he added bitterly under his breath. Faith
Ruinedportrait noticed the accusatory glare Ryn sent her way, and the cold look he gave her. oh, great she thought. She hadn't even spoken to the tom and he already had something against her. He must of spoken to Bloodyrondo a lot if that were the case. She openly rolled her eyes at the strange tom, not caring if he noticed at this point. A small frown settled on her face when her brother opened his mouth again, only this time she had the sense not to speak out. Honeystorm
Foxbane moved swiftly, her claws pricking against Discordantmelody's chin in the moments before all hell broke loose. "Don't call me mother." She said simply as the poison seeped into the she-cat's bloodstream, wearing a serene smile as she took a step back to address Bloodyrondo, Sariyah and others already closing in, leaving only a path to the exit open.
Her head was held high, and she gave a last look at SunClan, the smile on her face darkening, though there was not an ounce of fear in it. "Mark my words Bloodyrondo. If you lay a single claw on Littlestar, I will kill you, and every cat in this clan knows that I don't make idle threats. You're too stupid to be scared of that, but that's okay. I will give you this single warning now. You will fail. And at the end of it all, you won't have anything but dust and ash to reign over, if you are even able to see that from a prison cell."
She turned to head towards the entrance to the camp of her own accord, picking out those who might care for her. Her voice was strong, as strong as any and it didn't need a perch to carry to the crowd. "Bloodyrondo will lead you to ruin, just as I so nearly did. However, he isn't smart enough to know when to turn back, because he's blind enough to think he's right. I won't ask, or even recommend you follow me. I've earned no loyalty. But any cat who doesn't stand for Littlestar is my enemy, forever and always. She acted to protect you all, and instead of trusting her judgement, instead of thinking that if both your Priestess, and you Soothsayer, and many, more, had the right idea. You choose to decide the tom with the attitude problem is on the correct path. At the point where all those who've ever had a shred of sense are against you, you are not on the right side of the battle."
Foxbane laughed again. "If there's one thing I've done too well, it is making you all weak willed and incapable of critical thought. Perfect for the likes of Bloodyrondo and I, but it never lasts long. I'd wish you luck, but know that Bloodyrondo's leadership will only make your lives miserable."
Her next words were filled with disturbing glee as she ran into the tunnels, her voice echoing out behind her with eerie delight. "GOOD LUCK BLOODYRONDO! I WON'T COME TO SAVE YOU WHEN IT ALL FALLS APART! ROT IN THE SHADOWS!"
Summersolstice was stunned by Dancingpaw's declaration. She stared at her stunned. "You truly think this my daughter?" She whispered. "I knew you'd accepted SunClan's ideologies wholeheartedly but I didnt think youd fallen this far..."
Clearly shed failed. Here were her kits she'd been able to raise and one had fallen so completely and without her, realizing? A failure on her part.
She looked to Vibrantpaw and Radiantpaw then to Bloodyrondo her amber eyes narrowing. "I didnt join this clan to be a fool so blinded by love of a god to where he never questioned. If that is the way SunClan will go, then I have no desire to be apart of it any longer. I joined to be with my friends Strik and Foxbane. You send away Foxbane I will take my leave as well, clearly there is no future for SunClan. You instead wish to join your failed god in the ashes." She said firmly.
She turned to her children. "Come, lets go," she said turning to join Foxbane.
Insightfulpaw was not near his family when the clan erupted into chaos, he decided to remain where he was to keep from drawing eyes his way that is until he noticed his mother rushing into the crowd with searching eyes; he was on his paws in an instant. He let out a sigh of relief when he found that Dancingpaw was already with their mother. "Mother, Dawningpaw!" His voice was urgent, but he didn't raise it more than need be to get their attention. He took a protective stance at their sides, ready to protect then if things happened to get worse. paoFaith
