Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
( Open to any SunClan, NightClan, BrookClan, DayClan, or SpringClan cats who wish to go on a hunting patrol.)
With the increased number of cats on the territory comes an increased need for prey! Take a patrol of cats, and some of the captives, and go hunting in rogue territory for DayClan and SpringClan. No matter what, do NOT let the prisoners escape.
Darkcomplex hung around the makeshift camp where the prisoners stayed, guards from NightClan and BrookClan making sure that the captives didn't get into any trouble. Well, they were running low on prey, and Foxstar wanted a patrol of anyone willing to join up, whether captive or guard, to do some hunting for the prisoners. They didn't need a revolt on their paws because they let cats starve. That would be a disaster, now wouldn't it?
The former initiate stepped into the middle of the prison, looking around with slightly mismatched eyes before his voice rose up into the cool air. "Anyone who wants to join me on a hunting patrol, please gather around me." He knew that the captured clans would almost certainly rush forward to join up, and as such, his gaze roved over them sharply. If there were too many, they wouldn't be able to leave, until they had a sufficient number of guards to contain them. Hopefully they were smart enough to realize that.
Her head had shot up from her paws at the words 'join me', the young she-cat hopping onto too-short legs at the mention of a hunting patrol. The adventure-hungry she-cat was sick and tired of being cooped up in this camp - she wanted to get out and see SunClan territory and learn what it was like being SunClan - and the thought of the chance to at least properly stretch her legs was an opportunity she couldn't miss. Trailpaw scrambled over towards Darkcomplex, not even pausing for a moment at the sharp look he cast towards her Clanmates. She skid to a halt a tail-length or so from the older tom, ending up sat down in front of him with yellow eyes wide in excitement.
"Oh, I wanna go hunting," she chirped, the bubbly personality she had when she first joined DayClan not so much as dented despite the situation her Clanmates were in now. Many cats might recoil at so much as the thought of being captured by another Clan, but Trailpaw could only see the opportunity to see their ways. SunClan sure was different compared to Dayclan after all. "What sorts of things do SunClan cats hunt?" She probably should've been able to guess the answer to the question just from what sorts of prey she was given to eat, but she wasn't exactly the most aware of her surroundings, especially with a detail as minor to her as the kind of prey she ate.
Glowstar sashayed towards Darkcomplex, her satin soft fur kissing up against his mashing together like a silvery fire. Her pink tongue brushed a streak of warmth against his cheek, a chaotic gleam in her eyes, "Hey soldier boy, I'll help you out," She gave a grin that was as dangerous as the night. Her paw tip toed across Darkcomplex's and her smile returned to a friendly feather light softness, "We're all hungry, I'll make sure no DayClan cats run off, it'll help all of us after all. This over here is Trailpaw, she's our star apprentice, y'know."
Glowstar had left with a Janus before to catch some fish for everyone to share not too many days ago. Everyone needed more prey and she really didn't have the intentions of escaping or rebelling. Especially when fishing was involved. DayClan always had Fish Fridays and she was almost certain everyone was missing it. Especially since there were only so many cats that knew how to fish in the first place... EIther way Glowstar was up for the task of hunting and due to having been forcibly lovingly initiated into SunClan moons prior she knew the land well enough to help.
"I'll go," came Mercurycrown's suave tenor from nearby as the fluffy brown-and-white tabby sauntered over. "It'll be nice to get out of here," he grumbled under his breath.
