Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
While out hunting, the patrol runs into a problem. There’s a creature coming closer, but it’s hard to tell what it is. Either a badger, unlikely this high in the mountain but possible, or it’s a bear, something no one wants to mess with. What will the patrol do? How do you react when the creature comes around the corner and comes upon the patrol?
The goal of this patrol is team building, can the group work together to overcome the danger that face or will a fight for leadership send them to their doom?

Bedlambeast stopped as the sound of something approaching caught in his ears. "What is that?" He said as he came to a dead stop, one of his patrol mates running into him as he did so. The calico mainecoon didn't care. Whatever was approaching was large.

"You shouldn't just stop like that" snapped Dappledbreeze from behind, even though she wasn't the one to run into him. However before she could continue her chastisement, she felt the ground under her paws tremble. Her ears perked up, swiveling towards the low growling sound that filled the air, dropping down into a defensive crouch as she scented the air trying to determine what was headed their way
"I'll go check it out," Emberbrand said calmly, already heading toward the noise. Whatever it was, a creature that large would be very dangerous to the cats, and they needed to know what it was. The brave adventurer was confident in his ability to spot it without getting noticed himself. He ducked past Bedlambeast and trotted toward the sound.

"Careful." Bedlambeast said as the other tom passed. He glanced back at Dappledbreeze in annoyance and amusement. He definitely hadn't stopped for nothing. Turning back to watch Emberbrand he stayed close to the others hoping, praying, that it wasn't a bear.

Aurorashine had taken an aloof approach with this patrol, thus far only offering lofty looks and plenty of eye rolls. She wasn't known for her friendliness and made no attempt to engage the others. As they investigating the scent she paced a bit, ready to move on and get this whole patrol over with.
