Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
strawberrycupidFaith Alvah, Fia, and Lorelei are about to learn their mother is still alive, and meet her for the first time. Basically, they've all been instructed by a cat to meet at the all clans' gathering place, and think the other two are the ones who have sent them the message to meet up. c; )
The littermates showed up to the clanwide gathering place at the same time. Well, Fia had been about two steps ahead, but that didn't really mean much in the scope of such a massive place. It was wide and empty, illuminated by near full moonlight, it had been only a few days since the last full moon, but it seemed intentional that they were there.
Upon seeing her siblings, the Immortal Council member trotted forward, bearing a smile, though there was a bit of concern written across her expression as well. The message she'd received had been rather simple. 'We need to talk.' The messenger had stated that this came from her siblings, and she had no reason to doubt the feline, there was a mix of WinterClan and Primal Instinct scent on her fur. "You said we needed to talk?" She questioned, looking between them as if waiting for them to reveal why it was necessary they all meet up. It never even crossed her mind she'd been lied to, that her littermates had received identical instructions with cats masquerading as if they'd been to the other two's clans.

When Lorelei saw Fia and Alvah, she bounded up to them and touched their noses with her's in a greeting. Even with everything that happened in the past, she was still Sister. And anytime the three of them got together was time cherished by her. She stepped back from them before cocking her head. "Talk? No, I got told that whoever called me here wanted to fight... Kinda odd, now that I think about it. This isn't really a place for fighting. It's kinda supposed to be the opposite, no?"
He had rushed to the gathering place faster than his mind could catch up to what he was actually running for. When he was told that Fia wanted to talk he hadn’t realized how desperate he was to hear back from her. But instead as he came barreling in he found himself just standing there for what felt like an eternity, afraid of what she would say to him. She had only said three words last time and it just about destroyed him and it was only a day ago. It was... almost relieving to know that Fia had that impact on him. No matter how much he tried to bury his feelings she would always be immune to it.
Ultimately Fia and him had different perspectives and possibly more than that, they were different by nature. He did care about Bluejay’s kits, but clearly his definition of being caring was at a lower standard.
Lifting his head up finally he walked into the gathering place, it felt larger than anything he’d ever walked into. The gathering felt so much smaller when it was jam packed with people. Seeing it empty felt almost haunting. Almost immediately his concentration broke at Fia’s comment. “I-“ Alvah Faris’s mind was short circuiting, “I thought you were asking to talk... After everything.”

This... made no sense. Fia had hoped Alvah had been the one to call this together, to apologize, or she didn't know, something. "Neither of you sent that message?" She asked, her words coming out a tad sharper than she intended them to. Fur fluffing up slightly, the Immortal Council member's gaze flitted between them, waiting for confirmation of something she already knew. Of course she hadn't sent out the message, but if that wasn't the case... who? There were quite a lot of cats who knew they were siblings, basically anyone in their family could have sent it, quite a lot of cats just in general, really.
Alvah Faris opened his mouth to say something, but hesitated. Even if all three were capable fighters they were specifically picked out to meet here. If someone knew their connections and where they lived they must have watched them, maybe even know their weaknesses. Did he really want to bring up personal things when they could be watched or maybe an ambush waiting? His gaze scanned the forest, he didn't need to ask either sister if they wanted to stay and found out who brought them together because he already knew their answer would be the same as his, dying to know who it was and what they wanted. After all nothing ever interesting happened when the three of them were together, incredibly enough.

"Nope." Lorelei chirped, tail flicking above her. Compared to her siblings, she wasn't too concerned about who could have put together the meeting. It worked out, and now she got to see them again after so long. A win-win. "Well, since we're here, we should hang out. Wanna play tag? It's been forever since I've played tag, though Alvah always catches me somehow."
