Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
( Open to any SunClan, NightClan, BrookClan, SpringClan, or DayClan cats to rp an escape and recapture of prisoners. )
A few of the captives have managed to sneak away! Find out how they managed to do it from the guards, and recapture the prisoners at any cost. Once the prisoners are secured, make an example of them in their makeshift camp.
Somehow, someone hadn't been paying enough attention on guard duty. Well, it was something like that, anyway, and that was why Zendikdominance was here, a scowl on the usually charismatic tom's face. Violet eyes scanned the prison, meeting the few gazes he came across with an unimpressed glare, as if he could make them talk with simple eye contact. Now, perhaps it wouldn't have been so bad if it wasn't so early. SunClan cats got up just before sunrise, but this was far from it. It was earlier, even, that getting up on the longest of summer days.
No, it was near pitch black, a warm wind blowing over the camp from the direction of he hot springs. At least he could warm up while he was here. The cats had been reported missing about a half hour ago. Some cats had been awake in camp, and suddenly they were gone, and when checked on, no cats matching the description were present. That was all they knew. How they got away, and where they'd gone, no one knew. Even so, they were tasked with finding them by morning. He supposed he should've been happy that this gave them a few hours to accomplish the task.
In Primal Instincts they taught her to not just move like a shadow, but like liquid. Smooth, fast moving, and everywhere. But that was beginner level stuff. Glowstar was beyond that. She was full out skipping, a bounce to each motion making her ears flop and tail tip twitch in and out. It was at a remarkably speed with a sound as hush as stepping on moss. For her it was a breeze, because it was. This wasn't her first time attempting to escape from SunClan, but it was everyone else's and thus far she wasn't willing to slow down. Probably because she hadn't yet noticed the distance apart the clan cats were to her.
Thane turned his head back, checking up on those attempting to escape, his dark bengal patterns made it easy to blend in with the night. But these other cats... He wasn't too sure about. SpringClan and DayClan cats seemed to rarely have dark pelts and seemed to stand out far too easily. But whatever, it was now or never, there was no way they'd stand a chance if they stayed. He just knew that if someone told him moons ago that two ex proxies of Primal Instinct would one day assist in an attempted rescue of SpringClan and DayClan that he'd laugh in their face. But here he was...
Peachstar wasn't faring as well as the other two were. It wasn't that he was struggling to keep up - his fairly average physical stature and build belied an above-average speed and unusually high stamina. As usual, what was holding Peachstar back was the guilt.
"I-I really would have liked to try and get a few more Clanmates outta there, Th-Thane!" he whisper-screamed to the dark figure pelting just ahead of him. "Just take a second to look at me, Thane - this is just like the Twoleg kidnapping all over again!" he fumed, not really mad at his boyfriend as he was frustrated at the whole situation.
For Azura this was more of a deja vu than anything else from her final days in Absum Lux. It was all too familiar, except for Glowstar skipping on ahead. It was perhaps the most entertaining thing she had seen since the battle. Not that she wasn't having fun in the their new home, but this was just Glowstar.
However, she did not approve of the rest of the cohort. She hardly knew this Thane cat, and his Pravian look did not help the case. For all she knew he was walking them right into Vera. It was unlikely, but she had to considered it. She had nothing against the SpringClan leader except his whisper-screams, which would without a doubt elevate to just screams with time. Not quite wanting to skip with the rabbit she called a leader, she kept herself right behind Glowstar.
One would have thought Glowstar and Peachstar to be far more intelligent. After all, the two most important prisoners suddenly disappearing didn't exactly ensure an easy escape. Of course, given the DayClan leader, he really shouldn't be surprised. Wasting no time, Zendikdominance approached a few of the guards, waving them to come with him with a twitch of his plumy tail. "Come with me, we need to talk." Usually, he was a charming cat, prone to theatrics and disarming smiles. Today was too early for him to put on that face. He wanted to get this over with, and take a nap.
Fia faced Glowstar as she trotted backwards, a bounce in her step similar to that of her grandmother, but not quite so exaggerated. The smoke and ember she-cat tilted her head, fire eyes glancing back occasionally to ensure that she wasn't about to back up into a tree. "Why can't we just kill them? With all of us, we could get through the guards and help everyone escape before the clans can mobilize." She questioned softly, her tone chillingly calm, as if talking about nothing more than the wintry weather that had descended upon the clans.
"Killing everyone requires trust that cats will kill. SunClan has no warrior code, SpringClan and us do. We will spare them and it will be our worse mistake, we can't trust these cats to kill when they're being brainwashed into thinking SunClan is nice. If we can get Peachstar out he can run and get help and then maybe we'll have a battle," Glowstar explained, "Now remember, if a group of cats start beating you up the best thing you can do is curl up into a ball and scream. I'm telling you, when I'd torment cats the cowards always survived and almost always were less hurt."
The plan wasn't for the entire group to escape, it was for Peachstar and Thane to leave. Peachstar would get help from Renegade Regime who owed her one and Thane would be there as a highly trained guard at all times. The rest of the escape patrols job was to stand at the border and fight to hold SunClan off for as long as they could. Still there were a few apprentices with them, they would run too, she wasn't going to have them fight this battle.
"They don't matter," Thane practically growled as if the thought sickened him, "We have enough cats. Anymore could have been risky. It was hard enough to gather so many cats with dark fur colors to come along on this mission when so many have already been brainwashed. Just keep up... And don't look back. If I have to fight I will, you can do this."
