Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Plot Idea: Peakgaze is from SummerClan and already has a mate there, but he's always on the lookout for more. That leads him to taking a second mate, your rogue cat. They have a family, one he keeps secret and separate from his SummerClan one. Then eventually the cat is let out of the bag and the two families collide
Will Tarn know that Peak has another family and she doesn't care or are they both in the dark? If she knows, she could meet him on Summer territory. If not he'd have to come meet her.
Sounds good - I'll start the rp here then? Tarn was exhausted after her time in Primal Instinct. She had met some interesting cats there but honestly she was ready for a break. This missionary work was so tiring. Why was it so hard to convince other cats to follow her god? The bobtail she-cat was resting in a calm city area now, debating on finding food here or leaving for a wooded space, when she scented another cat nearby. Tarn struggled to her paws, trying to prepare herself for whatever cat might be there.
Peakgaze was known to wonder, even at his age. Just having joined the elders in their den, it would be more common of an elder his age to be relaxing in camp, not out wandering the woods in search of company. The dark grey tom took a deep breath, taking in the scents around him and catching one most interesting. Here on the end of the territory, it wouldn't be uncommon to come across a loner or rogue, or even another clan cat. But this scent was mixed with much and it was hard to tell exactly what cat this was. Nonetheless, he was curious who it was and made to approach the cat in question.
The loner rested her eyes on a gray tom. He seemed a bit older than her and instantly Tarn relaxed. She could probably outrun him since she moved often enough that her legs were very strong. "Hi!" she called to him, lifting up a paw invitingly. "Come on over."
Company, and a she-cat at that! Peakgaze didn't hesitate to move closer to the she-cat and to pur a greeting while he was at it. "Why, hello there gorgeous!" He stepped close to her, practically within touching distance, making a point to check her out and show his interest in the beauty before him. "What might your name be?"
"Gorgeous?" she laughed, hiding her face behind one paw demurely. That was a new one! She supposed she was pretty but nobody had ever really said it to her. "My name is Tarn. And who might you be?"
He grinned, wicked and prideful. Oh how he always managed to catch the pretty ones. "My dear, you can call me whatever you desire. Though friends of mine in passing have dubbed me Mountain or Peak for some." It tended to change his name when outside of camp, especially when talking to pretty she-cats. This one though, she seemed a little more tasteful than for just a fling, maybe they could be something more? Too early to tell but the possibility was there.
Tarn grinned. "What powerful names, Mountain. Did these friends call you that for your size or for your stubbornness?" She sat down now, quite relaxed and a bit playful. Something about this tom fascinated her. Not many had caught her eye before. After all, she had a job to do out here.
(ok so honestly idk what to do with this lol I've hardly role played him so I'm at a loss)
"You tell me, gorgeous." He purred with his words, a smirk on his lips. Clearly he'd caught her attention, but now what? Peakgaze pulled out one of the oldest lines in his book. "What brings a sweet thang like you out here? Surely it's not to run into savage cats like myself?" He was going for swav, charming, persuasive. Did he succeed?
