Jetfire
SunClan Warrior
The Sweet
Jetfire didn't even lift her head in acknowledgement of the Priest Promised's arrival, assuming he was there to yell at her for skipping out on the morning patrol. She was tired of the lectures and the constant looks of pity when they didn't even really understand what was wrong "Ok is a relative term" she murmured meekly looking down towards the ground. Why would he care anyway? He was just like the others, asking just to appear nice rather than really caring about the answer. He had his own worries, with her mom injured it would be left up to him to lead SunClan in this dark time.
Bloodyrondo had visited with the Ancients and learned that what Littlestar had done was part of the Sun God's cycle and not necessarily her own volition, but he just couldn't find it in his heart to forgive her. He told himself he never wanted her to never wake from that coma, but he was lying to himself, he loved her and wasn't ready to lead SunClan on his own. And how could he? His God was dead, reborn out there somewhere, but he wouldn't know who or where until it mattered. Well, in his opinion, it mattered now. The thought left a bitter taste in his mouth. Have faith, they had said. Faith. How was he supposed to do that when he knew full well that no one could hear his prayers?
In that sense, he had a kindred spirit with Jetfire. He did not know her full story but assumed that she was just as torn up over Littlestar's current state and the death of their God as he was. He sat down next to the slim silver she-cat, noticing she was slightly more pudgy than normal, although he chalked it up to stress eating due the general state of things. He wouldn't comment on it, "Hey Jetfire," he wasn't really the comforting type, but he offered her a paw anyway, "You doing okay?"

Jetfire didn't even lift her head in acknowledgment of the priest promised. Like all the others, all he really wanted to hear was 'i'm fine' or 'the the sun gods death is a tragedy' and move on. He wouldn't really care about the true answer to how she was feeling, and why would he? He was the Priest Promised, and with her mother injured and out of commission, leading SunClan had fallen to him "Ok is a relative term" she rasped, voice rough from disuse. He was probably just here to yell at her for missing the morning patrol, or the fact that she had told Lionpride to shove it when he asked her to go hunting with him the night before.
"You're repeating yourself..." Bloodyrondo sighed, drawing his paw back, it didn't seem like she really wanted anyone to talk to her but he could tell that she was hurting same as he was. While he genuinely did want to lift her spirits, he also had an ulterior motive: Where exactly did her loyalties lie? With her mother? Or with the Sun God? They were no longer one in the same.
"The Sun God's death has shattered us all," He started carefully, "But life will go on. The Sun God will return one day and prove to Littlestar just how wrong she was in her actions... we can only pray that he will find it in his heart to forgive her."
