Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Summary of Thread : This is the thread where Icepaw tells her mentor about her parents abuse and it leads to her parents deaths.
What will happen : Icepaw will gather courage to talk with her mentor and once Foldingwings knows about it, Icepaw and her can decided what to do, once they tell the Leader , then the Leader can hold a trial and the rest of the clan can come forward and reply, some may act as witnesses if you want. (Just let me know!)
I was finally 6 moons old and an apprentice! I was ecstatic, that I would be spending time away from my parents, but that wasn't the case. They made excuses for why they needed me and once away from everyone, they would abuse me. I had scars from multiple fights from them, and now I was fed up. I wanted to do something about it. But I wasn't quite sure how. When I got my mentor, I figured when we had the time, I would gather the courage to tell her.
It was a quarter-moon when I finally told her. I wasn't sure what would happen and I felt uncomfortable. My new scar hurt , but I didn't say anything. I looked around for my mentor and once I found her I took a breath and got her attention."Foldingwing?"I asked very slowly, unsure of what I was gonna say.

Foldingwing looking up from the rabbit she had been sharing with Icepaw. "What is it Icepaw?" he asked the Novice. Foldingwing was a recent warrior herself having been promoted in the last promotions and was surprised when Leatherstar had given her a novice so soon. Right away she knew something was off about Icepaw.
I gulped, now nervous. I began to need my claws on the ground leaving claw marks."Well I am afraid of what will happen if I tell you."I said before taking a breath"All the times my parents have taken me away for training or hunting or whatever they asked that they needed my help with and I came back with wounds and such?"I asked her as I looked around nervously.

"You dont have to ever be afraid of me or what will happen when you tell the truth. That should always be what you do. Tell the truth." Foldingwing meowed her meal forgotten.
"Ok!" I replied with a nod of my head "Well my parents have been abusing me, every time I go out with them alone, they force me to train with them. Not like how you and I do , but brutal, claws and teeth. All the times I came back with bleeding scratches and gashes , and they said it was falling on stones or something , they did." I told Foldingwings as I shuffled my paws, more nervous then ever and a little scared.

Foldingwing stopped and looked out across the camp for a moment. She seemed to be trying to come up with a proper response. "Do you think this needs to be brought up with Leatherstar?"

Icepaw nodded her head "I think it would be best to tell him. I mean if they could do this to me. What else could they do?" Icepaw answered with a slight shiver. "I couldn't forgive myself if they got an apprentice and did this to them, or worse."
