Twilightkit skipped from stone to stone, her paws gracefully as she balanced from one to the next. She was determined to a be a good warrior, and part of the was becoming a good fighter. She wanted to be graceful and powergul, just like the moon goddess. Most of the older cats didn't pay her any attention, so she spent a lot of time trying to train on her own.
"Be careful, I don't want you to slip," Serenekit murmured. Her ears flicked back as she watched the more adventurous kit cross the stones. "You might get hurt. Why are you up there, is it fun?"

"Of course it's fun!" she called down cheerfully to the other she-cat "I'm practicing for when I am an apprentice. Part of being a good warrior is balance and being quick on your feet" she leaped to one of the other rounded stones, nearly loosing her balance but managing to catch herself" you should join me! The moon is beautiful from up here"
"That looks tricky. I suppose that's why being a warrior is so difficult," she murmured thoughtfully. She had been reflecting a lot on the difficulties of being an adult cat in the clans. It must be rewarding, but all of this training would be difficult, especially if she was starting so early.
"I don't want to slip. I think I'll stay down here."

"If you are afraid of falling, you'll never walk amoungst the stars" she teased, leaping to the next almost missing and having to pull herself upwards "You have to takes some risks, or you won't get very far. Come on, what is the worst that could happen?"
"No cat can walk among the stars," she pointed out with a slight smile. "What if you fall and get hurt? You might not become an apprentice if you break your legs!" Serenekit spent time in the Medium's den anyway, with Nereus, but she thought breaking bones sounded rather painful. She didn't want to do that.
