These kits mother is Unseenlights and their father is Duskslayer. They were born in a bit a unique situation. Duskslayer and Unseenlights constantly travel between SunClan, DayClan, and the Regime. When Unseenlights found out that she was pregnant they decided to keep the kits in the Regime to keep them away from the influence of SunClan, and not in DayClan since SC and DC are allies. Eventually SunClan will come to claim these kits, after receiving a prophecy. So they will have the potential to move to SunClan or be dual citizens like their parents. All the kits will end up spending SOME time in SunClan eventually though.

Along the side of his turquoise eye is a crescent moon marking, peeking out from his dark fur like the moon in the night. The marking is identical to his father Duskslayer. Power Definitions
Nullification: Anyone or anything with elemental, enchanted, or magical abilities are unable to use said abilities with the user around. The range of this ability starts at a five feet perimeter at birth, but every moon they age it grows a foot longer in range.
Weakness: User has no control over this ability, it is constantly in use
Animal Communication: User can speak to animals.
Weakness: You can speak to the animal, but the user does not always understand what the animal says back. It depends on how familiar they are with each animals language
Penance Stare: User can stare intensely into another person's eyes creating great discomfort or pain. The level of pain depends on the users emotion.
Weakness: If the person is far away or their sight is blocked this has no effect.
Empathetic Echoes: User can feel the emotions of people by touching items, people, or walking through different locations. The user can feel not just present emotions, but emotions through time.
Weakness: This ability is tough to use and requires intense focus and calm for it to be done.
