Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The rules Each team will have a stick on the far side of the field. The game will be a mock battle, with teams working together to capture the other team's stick. The team leader can either command their team, or work together with them to come up with a strategy. A team wins by capturing the other team’s stick and taking it back to their zone.
Hystericstar did not seem too amused while he explained the game to everyone. His golden eyes were twitching just as much as his hairless tail. Truthfully, he had no desire to play, but would it reflect poorly on him if he didn't put any effort in? Did he even really care about that? With a sigh, the young leader turned to his team, trying to size up their capabilities. "Who wants to play attack and who wants defense?" he asked. It would be a lot easier on him if they already had preferences.
Hollypool's fluffy tail twitched in excitement. "Give me defense," she meowed. It was her first time leaving her kits since they'd been born, and she was super ready for the opportunity to stretch her legs and move around some. Still, chasing other cats around to get the stick seemed extra tiring.
Burningember and Icefrost mean-mugged one another from where they stood in their respective teams. It was yet another opportunity to prove who was better at being an all-around warrior. Ever since leadership removed the roles or warriors and defenders, their responsibilities have been consolidated into one position. That only added more fuel to the competitive fire that burned in the toms. When Hysterictar asked who wanted to go on the offensive or defend, their heads instantly shot toward their group's leader.

"I have no problem with offense." The voice seemed to echo, one of the only indications that the cat speaking wasn't the same as the others on the field. Celestialdragon was her mother's spitting image, a golden tabby she-cat with viridian eyes and a commanding personality. Her pelt shimmered as though stars were caught it in despite the sunlight, and her form wavered just slightly as though not entirely there. "Though it doesn't matter to me. I'll whoop your team's tail to the Great Oak and back." The dead she-cat gave a mischievous smirk that belayed the trouble she got into in life, and challenged Hystericstar with a cocked eyebrow.
Just his luck. Just his terrible luck that there would be a ghost on the other team. No, no. It was probably just his vision acting up from the newest mixture he took to cure his cough. That had to be it. Still, it was hard for Hystericstar to tear his gaze away from the shimmering cat and on to Icefrost instead. "Yeah..." He paused, clearing his throat. "Yeah, sure. You can be offense." The more on offense, the better. Then he could be defense and stay away from whatever that thing was. Once again, his golden gaze fell upon the Starclan cat.

Chaipaw knew she was the underpaw being an apprentice and all, but she was determined to do her best. "Jayjack, what would you like me to do?" She asked, blinking up at him with awe. He was the grumpiest cat in the clan, no doubt, but the young she-cat still admired him.
The serious gray tabby was content to sit back and listen, but when the apprentice looked to him for direction, a thoughtful expression creased his brow. Looking to him for answers - smart cat. "You're small. I bet we can find somewhere for you to hide and surprise anyone that tries to tag out stick," Jayjack mused, leaning in close so only she and their neighbors could hear his plotting. "Go on defense."
Team 1 Seablossom joined in on defense with the same reasoning as Hollypool. Kits were tiring enough and she still had to go back to them in a little while. "I'll take defense as well, please." She'd rather stand back here and guard, then be too exhausted to deal with demanding kist later. Besides, there was just as much fo a thrill here as out in offense.

"Ohh that sounds fun!" Chaipaw purred, happy to see that Jayjack was being pleasant. Maybe that meant she impressed him? Wow, to impress Jayjack. What a dream!
"Let's get going, then," Jayjack barked, looking over at Hystericstar. "Are you still strategizing? Get into your places, we're going to start in a few minutes whether you're ready or not! Let's go, team!"
Hystericstar rolled his eyes at Jayjack's commanding tone. Completely out of spite, he made no intent of moving quite yet. Instead, he let out a sigh at Seablossom's decision of defense, which meant that he would actually have to be on offense, more than likely. Yeah, sure, put the one who has no combat knowledge on offense, what could go wrong? Really, it all depended on what Bijou was going to do. "He's too eager to get started without a plan of attack," he said, casting a glare at Jayjack. "Would you guys like to wing it as well, like an idiot, or form an actual battle plan?"
Hollypool brushed up against Seablossom, purring. She was happy that the other she-cat had agreed to be defense with her. "I've got your back," she said to all of her team. Then she answered her leader. "We can form a plan, sure. Though I admit it's been quite a while since I've been in any sort of battle situation."
