Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. [Larkwing is escaping Nightclan and faking his death so that Flamingstar doesn't find him and kill him. He is joining Swiftclan and changing his name to Thunderrumble]
Larkwing made it over the Swiftclan border, leaving his old clan mates behind. He was weak and ill and running for his life. Ahava, Turbulentsea, Creampuff, Infernalkaiser, and Cannalily had helped him escape the death claws of Flamingstar, the Nightclan leader. Cannalily hadn't come with him this time but promised to escape Nightclan to be with him soon. They couldn't make it too suspicious or Flamingstar would find out that he was faking his death. With one final look back across the border, the sick silver tom travelled deeper into Swiftclan territory in hopes that someone would find him and help him. He hoped that they would take him in because this was his last resort to save his life.
"Jaggedpaw is showing a lot of promise. You should take him out more," Shatteredshine argued, her head bent close to her uncle's. He snorted, disbelieving, and she shot him a hard glance. "I'm right. You made him your apprentice, the least you can do is-- hold on." She inhaled deeply, and caught the scent of a new cat on the wind again, stronger than it was a second before. They were headed his way. The light grey-and-white warrior broke into a light jog as the crested the hill and looked down to see the intruder making his way into their territory.
"Hello! Who goes there? Are you here to join the clan?" Shatteredshine called down to him. Chimerastar heaved himself after her, glaring silently down at the new cat.
