Ravenstone couldn't stop her hiccups. It had been a long time since the deputy had been able to rid hersel fof her chronic hiccups but alas they seemed to be returning with vigor since the disappearance of her mate, Dragonrage. A piece of her knew she would never see him again and that made her nervous. He had been such a soothing tonic to her and he had been such a wonderful father when he suddenly was gone without precedence.
"Fox dung." The deputy murmured darkly after a particularly loud and painful one escaped her jaws.
