Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Harewhisker ran, the thrill of being chased crawling up her spine. The cream Maine Coon raced through her territory, the badger lumbering hot on her heels. She had been at the SummerClan border when she'd spotted the streaky fur and scented that sharp smell. While she knew it was technically wrong to bring it into SpringClan, the Trusted also knew that allowing the badger to live and breed would cause more problems later. Harewhisker made the quick decision to bring it onto her territory, knowing a patrol would be somewhere out and about. She would run until she caught its scent, leading the badger to a group of cats that could help her eliminate this problem.

Inksplash was leading a patrol, the black and white she cat padding along heading to the WinterClan border. They'd just set out and she felt like it was going to be a good day.
Then her ears swivelled detecting the pattering of racing paws and she bristled, tensing up at the sound lifting her tail to signal for the rest of her patrol to stop. Then her heart leapt in her throat when the rank scent registered. Badger!
"Spread out!" She hissed to her patrol before she turned to a tree and began to scale it, to try and get a better view.
Finchwatcher was apart of the patrol. She had heard the sound but didn't think much of it until Inksplash signaled for them to stop. That was when the scent hit her. She was fully prepared to leap into action when Inksplash ordered them to spread out. As much as she wanted to dive into battle, it was a stupid move. They needed to plan it out carefully. Finchwatcher obeyed and took position, waiting for the beast to charge into view.
Harewhisker was relieved when she finally caught the scent of the patrol - her legs were tiring. It was time for a quick break. The she-cat scaled a tree, remaining on the lowest branch, leaving the badger below her. She looked over, panting, to see Inksplash also in a tree. She crouched on the branch, catching her breath and maintaining her position. Finchwatcher was standing there, the badger not yet visible to her. Harewhisker looked from the badger to her clanmate and decided that short moment would have to be enough rest. She clawed her way down the tree, trying to quietly follow the badger as it abandoned her tree and followed the scent of Finchwatcher. Harewhisker had decided to attack the badger from behind, and she hoped Inksplash would know her intention without her having to yell it and compromise herself.
"Oh," Harewhisker felt the word leave her mouth. That was quick. Finchwatcher had acted immediately, and the Trusted dove after the badger's flank. Its eyes were busy with claws at the moment, so she clawed her away up the back, working her way toward the neck of the beast. Hopefully Inksplash would be ready to act if she was flung off. Jetclaw
