In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

hello. and yes, i am back again.
Pathologist and Resident are like an additional MC + MCA. But they focus on the limits of the cat body and how we can reach those limits. They also watch over a dilapidated zoo in the city, where they experiment on and maybe befriend the animals left behind. These are both ROLEPLAY POSITIONS, so anyone can try out. Resident will become the next Pathologist once the Pathologist leaves.
Guidelines - You can try out with an adult or apprentice aged cat. We will naturally skew for an adult to be the pathologist and an apprentice to be the resident, but if you would like to make a case for your cat being the other, please say so in your tryout. - The cat can either already be in Primal Instinct or may be an outsider. Need a cat? Might I suggest Lux's adult aged children or one of the kits Shina brings to PI? - Compared to other leaders, Funk is pretty relaxed on who he will give positions to. So you can make your cat as happy or as angsty as you want. Though, if they are like itching to dethrone Funk, he'd be slightly less likely to pick them.
Expectations -Please try and roleplay in Primal Instinct at least weekly. It has the potential to become a requirement in the future. -Open communication and honesty. We do most of our talking and plotting in Skype, and I would prefer if you had one so we could stay in communication easier. But I am willing to work with you if you'd rather not. I ask that you do try and check your inbox here at least twice a week. -Creativity and a good sense of humor. The staff is really easy going with each other and friendly, and i'd like that to continue as the last two positions get filled.

Cat Name and Bio: Remini She has the beauty of a tigress that is rumored to once be housed in the many empty enclosures of the abandoned zoo. From her captivating emerald eyes to her fire auburn fur. She is cloaked in grace and beauty. The only feature lacking is the distinct ebony stripes. A feature that she loathes about herself. For she fines the large auburn cats to be beautiful and powerful in appearance. Remini was born in Primal Instinct not knowing who her father was and her mother dying when she was at a young age. She was mainly raised by her older half brother Cinna. Which mainly influenced her as a young trainee to join the punishment district. While she was lethal and ruthless as a Punishment district member. Something about the eeriness and beauty of the abandoned zoo drew her interest. The strange animals locked in cages and the abandon empty cages with pictures of beautiful large cats inspired her interest to study the strange creatures. The fuel to learn all she could about the animals. To understand them further so she could use the knowledge to better the league. She is over enthusiastic about the animals who she calls her prides and joys. Talking a mile a minute spiting out facts when ever she can. She mourns every death and celebrates every birth at the zoo. Becoming their protector and their provider of food. She also has a soft spot in her heart for the animals left behind in the abandon cages. Something she wouldn’t have for a fellow League member. While she was born and raised in the League. She would be quick to cause a fellow member bodily harm if they harmed a hair or feather on one of her animals bodies. Explaining often that they are living creatures and not food that her fellow league members can just take without asking. Being once apart of the Punishment district means she is not a cat to double cross. If so could certain death and ending up in the cage with a hungry animal looking for their lunch. Remini also has un conventional methods for her scientific research. Many of which involve befriending and using non lethal methods to gain information for her research. That even means putting herself in harms way by crawling into an enclosure with an animal that could cause her bodily harm or death. Or disregarding the safety of another by using them as a test subject regardless if they meet an untimely death or are injured in the process.
-What do you like about your character? What about dislike?: So this is a brand new character which is one thing I like about her. She is a blank canvas that I haven’t yet made my mark on. By looking at her Brother Cinna knowing the background information behind her upbringing and looking at this position. It inspired me to take Remini in the direction of the character described above. I would say she has Steve Irwin type energy. She would totally be a wildlife researcher type character. While the Pathologist is supposed to do experiments. I could see her doing these more on her League mates, random cats in the city or Prisoners in the league that she has snatched away from the Punishment district. I would see her doing more non harmful or lethal experiments on the zoo animals so she can study them and befriend them. All in the name of science. Only dissecting the animals until after they died. She would also be over protective of the creatures underneath her care. Not thinking twice about causing bodily harm to a fellow league mate if they were to kill or harm one of Remini’s precious zoo animals. As for her being a Pathologist she would be totally the chaotic type of character that would shove her Resident or some poor Trainee into a cage full of snakes or monkeys. Only to stand by and watch the young cat get traumatized so she can value information for her research. All that chaotic energy is why I like her. She seems like she would be a fun character to rp and to fit into League because she has this chaotic enthusiasm about strange animals locked in cages. As for dislikes for my character I can’t truly say yet that I have any dislikes for this character because they are so new and I haven’t rped her yet.
-Preferred Position: Pathologist -Comments (if any): This is more of a comment regarding my plans for my character. I do have some interesting plots in mind that I would like to explore with this character if I got the position. They would benefit the league as a whole and maybe down the line draw some interest to the group as well as more members. One of them would involve Remini possibly asking the Ambassador Proxy and Ambassadors in general for favors regarding fetching/kidnapping cats for her to do experiments one. That’s really only one of the many ideas that I have lined up. I would also love to totally explore this whole zoo idea and really help broaden it and bring the idea more in depth? Make interesting threads for members to reply to involving the zoo. Making it more involved in PI life and working with the proxies and assassin to somehow maybe help tie the zoo into their districts and areas of work as well.
Cat Name and Bio: OPAL A beautiful angelic white she-cat with one blue eye and one green eyes. She was once a kittypet who was left abandoned after her family had to move and couldn't take her with them. They left her to fend for herself, starving and dehydrated. For many moons, she lived out of ally ways and garbage cans. She faced many hostile cats and murderous dogs. While she may be incredibly shy and flawlessly beautiful, she is strong and very clever. However, what makes her different is her love for animals. She doesn't ever hunt and, instead, continues to survive off of twolegs. She doesn't quite know where her love for animals came from. Perhaps it was from her own abandonment. Whatever it may be, she strives to protect, heal, and study all creatures. Despite the dangers she had faced, she never let that keep her from being interested in all animals including dogs. She was found trapped in Primal Instinct and had to be rescued. It was, then, that they allowed her to stay. They began to realize her potential and offered her the position of being their pathologist in which she accepted.
-What do you like about your character? What about dislike?: I don't really know, yet because I haven't role played her. She's knew lol
-Preferred Position: Pathologist or resident is fine!
-Comments (if any): if I get chosen for the position, I'll roleplay her joining Primal Instinct. However, if I don't get chosen, I probably won't go on with having her join. She's specifically for this position.
Cat Name and Bio: Funk? On page already. -Cat Picture: Just use Funk's. -What do you like about your character? What about dislike?: They're basically Funk. Take that as you will. xD -Preferred Position: Pathologist -Comments (if any): I really don't need a second PI position.. but it'd be funny to have Funk 2 as Pathologist. Now Jadie doesn't need to bully me into trying out anymore.
-Cat Name and Bio: Lucistic and biography is on the page -Cat Picture: i.imgur.com/W1Fyw6w.png -What do you like about your character? What about dislike?: I like that he's this perfect blend of nonchalant yet caring. I don't think I dislike a lot about him, he has an even distribution of being very strong, yet his personality makes it where he's not over powered despite his capabilities. It gives him a unique personality. -Preferred Position: Either or works -Comments (if any): He's probably going to slack off and not take the position too seriously. At first it'll come off that he's lazy, but in actuality he was trained by Blakelystar to do a lot of the pathologist work already and is pretty comfortable with it.
-Dr. Pickles Dr. Pickles is not your average looking feline, as a Devon Rex his pelt is short and patchy with a curly texture, mostly cream colored his face and ears bare a darker ginger that encircles powder blue eyes. Only adding to his unique appearance is the baby blue knit sweater that he wears, it is as if it is a part of him since no one has ever seen him without it. Be careful not to get it dirty though, if you wish to know why then go ahead and see what happens. Pickles did not always reside in Primal Instinct, while he has lived there for a majority of it, his life actually started in twoleg place. That's right, he was born as a kittypet though if you ask him he will tell you that he was sent there mistakenly and his true home has and always will be where he is now. He gets his thrills from playing with others, feeds off of their fear. Never let his outward looks fool you, if you think you can best this tom then I suggest you prepare yourself for the worst before hand, he spares little to no feelings for his toys if it isn't related to their misery. It isn't only others pain that he seems to enjoy though, it is his own as well, he is always keen for a good fight if it leaves him bruised and battered.
-What do you like about your character? What about dislike?: oh man, Dr. Pickles is a strange one, I love how opposite his appearance is from his personality, even his name doesnt give off scary I'm gonna hurt you vibes but honestly it is what makes him so great. Imagine this half naked curly haired cat walking up to you in a baby blue sweater and then BOOM there goes your soul xD seriously though, he is the goodest bad boy, and what's wrong with getting enjoyment from others misery?
-Preferred Position: pathologist, but I can make him younger for Resident if need be
-Comments: A vote for Dr. Pickles is a vote for lifelong pain and misery!
