Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Here's a thread for my cat who's name I haven't decided on lol, the son of Tealeaves (aka the Uncle Iroh of the Avatar plot that's going on.) He's lost his memories, which how and why will be explained in a later plot with him. I'm looking for two cats to find him and become his best friends. I'm thinking kind of like the harry potter trio or the percy jackson trio, where problems always seem to find them. Maybe in a plot later there could try and figure out who he was, talking to other cats from other clans and what not, and then become a part of his plot later where he learns who he was.
Name's I'm leaning towards for him: Lostbrook, Lostelm, Elmheart, Elmleaf
Injured, confused, lost. All he could hear was a whirling in his ears, a fog clouded his vision. The sun's rays were only beginning to rise, casting a light on his damaged body and exposing him to another's sight. If he was lucky, someone would find him, otherwise, he'd surely be dead by mid-day. His wounds were too great to try moving, and his mind was a mess from..whatever happened. Images blurred in and out of focus as he tried to watch...for what he didn't know. Birds were circling above, surly waiting for him to pass so he could be lunch. A fitting death for a cat who had no idea who he was, how he got there, or even what happened to him. But...what ahd eh done to deserve to die? Why was he here? Who was he?
Would anyone care taht he was hurt? Lost? Missing? Did he have a home? A life that had more meaning than to become lunch from birds? Did he care? He was dying, so maybe he didn't.
Largelight had expected just a simple dawn patrol down by the southern end of Summerclan's territory. After spending so long getting lost by herself, it felt like she was finally getting a hang of navigating around the fields and forests that her clan called home. What the heavyset cream she-cat hadn't expected was to find a young tom knocked out cold in the grass beside the thunderpath. Without thinking she bounded to the collapsed form's side, prodding at the cat with her paw. He wasn't dead, thank Starclan, but he seemed to be in real bad shape. "G-guys?" she called over her shoulder to the rest of her patrol. "There's someone over here!"
Wispypaw wasted no time racing to Largelight's side, her orange eyes bright with worry and alarm. She had no medicine training but common sense lead her to put pressure on the most damaging wound to stem the flow of blood, "What happened?!" She asked both her clanmate and the rogue. She suspected that the idiot had gotten himself struck by a monster but she could never be so sure. If it was a fox or enemy cat then she needed to know that before she planned her next course of action, "Largelight, we need to.. I mean... what do you want me to do?" She was always quick to give direction but in the presence of a superior she knew she needed to back off a little bit. But... this was Largelight she was dealing with. She was an ex-kittypet and a Garden Keeper to boot. Could she handle it? Wispypaw's paws trembled while she waited. Her mind was surprisingly calm but her heart was racing.

Stonefang wasn't far behind when he heard Largelight's call. When he came upon the scene he saw booth her and Wispypaw looking at a strange cat who appeared to be dead. "Did a monster crush him?" he asked as he approached. And as if the mere mention of a monster called one up, one roared into view. He crouched down and narrowed his eyes against the wind it made as it passed by. "I hate those things," he growled under his breath.
His major wounds were scraps from sliding across the thunderpath, with the most bleeding coming from a gash on his left shoulder that on first look appeared deep and acted as though it wouldn't stop anytime soon. Further down his body, it became obvious that he had other injuries as well, such as the strange angle his leg was at and the scratches on his flank. His back left leg was dislocated as well, suggesting that most of the damage was done to his left side. The tom flickered in and out of consciousness but was able to pull enough of his consciousness to the surface to focus on the cats close to him. "H-he...help,ple-please...."
"I- I don't know!" Largelight responded, on the verge of panic. She had never been able to handle stressful situations well; she wasn't a leader, she couldn't take charge! When Stonefang approached, the she-cat opened her mouth to answer before nearly jumping three feet into the air when the injured tom spoke up. "EEEEK!" She yowled. "Oh dear Starclan, he's awake! S-Someone get Graythorn!'"
Wispypaw was relieved to see Stonefang. He was a little rough around the edges, but he was the serious type, as to be expected of an unshakeable ex-EarthClan cat. She opened her mouth to say something to the Warrior but then the wounded tom spoke up and she held her breath instead. The poor guy was so broken up that she had assumed he was unconscious. She wanted to help him much urgently now, "We shouldn't move him until Graythorn is here, it could make things worse. I'll go fetch him if you will keep watch. Largelight, perhaps you should try and find some water to bring him, I'm sure he would appreciate a cool drink while you wait..."
After all of that hesitance to take charge, she oddly enough fell right into it. Her grandmother, Mistyrose, had been a medicine cat in WinterClan but perhaps would have been better suited to be a leader. She was decisive and calm in stressful situations and those were traits that Wispypaw inherited. She bowed her head to the two Warriors and belted away at lightning-speed.
(Whitemuzzle, just bring in Graythorn when you think it's a good time, Wispypaw will come in with him :3)

Graythorn happened to be exploring the area south of the camp in an attempt to find new places where herbs may be growing. He was halfway between the camp and the thunderpath when he heard the sound of something running quickly toward him. Suddenly he spotted a cat, then he recognized it was Wispypaw. The manner in which she was running suggested urgency so he called out to her. "Hey Wispypaw! Over here! What's the rush about?"
Wispypaw came to a halt short of bowling the gray-furred medicine cat over and panted for a couple moments - her thick WinterClan fur didn't help her much in warm SummerClan territory, much less when she was running - before replying, "Largelight, Stonefang and I found a wounded cat by thunderpath! We think he was hit by a monster. One of his legs is all twisted up but he's was awake, asking us for help... So I came to get you..." Her breathing was evening out, the young always bounced back quickly, "I can take you straight there or help you gather herbs first, just tell me what I need to do."

Graythorn had jumped backward to avoid a collision with the hurried apprentice. "Other than cobwebs I don't know what I'll need until I get there. " the medicine cat replied. "We'll just have to look for them as we go. You lead the way." Another interruption! he thought. I'll never find new herb areas at this rate. "Look for spiderwebs in tall grasses. That's the best places to find them out here."
Meanwhile, the tom lay falling out of consciousness. He was losing the battle with staying awake, even with the cats around him speaking to him. The injuries tom’s words he could get out were between gasps of breath and slurred.
Largelight watched the apprentice run off with worry in her eyes, nodding absentmindedly to Wispypaw's suggestion to fetch some water. However, the mysterious tom's gasps for breath snapped her out of her fog-covered thoughts. "S-Stonefang! He's getting worse! What do we do?!" Without thinking, she placed her paw on the injured cat's shoulder, shaking him in a desperate attempt to keep him awake and conscious. "Come on! Come on! You can't fall asleep on us now! Stay awake, please!"

With a shake of his head, Stonefang snapped from his state of inactivity. He came over to the injured tom's side and place his front paws on his injured left shoulder to stop the bleeding. He saw the medicine cat in EarthClan do this once to stop the flow of blood before he put on cobwebs. Now there's a thought! "Largelight, look for spiderwebs. Sometimes you can find them in tall weeds or hollow logs. We can use them to stop his bleeding."
The tom tried to stay awake, to focus on the voices he kept hearing around him. Opening his green eyes, he tried to focus on the cat nearest to him. His voice was scratchy and small, but he still tried to ask for help, to beg the cats around him to save him. He didn't want to die! He may not know just yet what he was living for or how he'd ended up in this situation but he knew he didn't want to die.

Almost at the thunderpath Graythorn stopped because he saw several spider webs. "Look there's some here," he called to Wispypaw. "Help me gather these." He began to gently remove some of the webs and roll them together in a loose wad. --- Stonefang kept applying pressure on the wound to the strange tom. "Shh, be quiet. Save your energy. Help is on the way. I'll stay here with you and won't leave."
(sorry I took so long to get here; finally getting out of my funk <3)
Wipsypaw nodded to Graythorn and quickly got to work collecting as many cobwebs as she could manage. She had never done this before, so he work could have been done better, but she was rushed and giving it all she had. She looked from Graythorn's wad back to her own and was a little embarrassed but there was no time to grief about it as the wounded tom came into sight, "He's right over here, Graythorn!" It was sort of obvious but, I repeat, Wispypaw was nervous. She bounded over to the tom's side and paled; He looked worse than when he had left, "Hang in there, our medicine cat will get you fixed up good as new!"

(That's okay. Glad you're better!)
"Oh good! You're here," Stonefang meowed, relief evident in his voice, when he saw Wispypaw come back with the medicine cat. He started to back off but Graythorn waved him back. "I can use you here." He took the webs he and Wispypaw had collected and pushed them into the deepest gash then directed Stonefang to keep applying pressure. "I hope thus is good enough," he meowed, a worried look on his face.
Then turning back to Wispypaw, he said, "Thanks for getting me here. Now I can use some water soaked moss to clean some of these lesser wounds. Will you bring me some?"
JadieWhitemuzzleGidgetGal Wanna time skip? We could move to where is been in camp a few days in waking up? Maybe the cats that rescued him come and check in on him. I'd really love it if people were curious about this newcomer and who he is and where he came from and how he managed to get as gravely injured as he is. I'm gonna tag a few others in this thread that are welcome to gossip about him, wondering about all those questions. Maybe he'll break out of the medicine cat den, confused and searching for someone, but has no idea who cus of his memory loss. CleaverneverstarstarJetclawHoneystormFaith @ian
