Your day will be filled with misfortune, branches will easily fall beneath your weight, twigs cracking will give away your location while hunting. Do not fret! Pray to the Sun God four times and you will be blessed with a lucky day. }}
Pray four times to be blessed. Honestly, Foxbane rather wanted to laugh, and indeed, she had rolled her eyes upon hearing it. But she did it all the same, praying for guidance, strength, adventure, and mischief. Seemed about right.
As it so happened, she sort of intended to murder someone today. Okay, yes, she was supposed to be reformed. Even still, her version of reform hardly seemed to look like others'. Murder wasn't off the table, she just couldn't mess with her own family, clan, or her fiances' groups. Which meant DayClan, Primal Instinct, and may as well include the Regime, were out. Everyone else, cats who didn't already hate her, were still fair game. Probably.
At least, that's how she was gonna justify murdering this random barely apprentice aged loner she'd found near the territory.
"Now was that really necessary?" Bloodyrondo said as he approached Foxbane, a mild look of disgust on his face. He wasn't a very murderous tom although he did not shy away from such actions. No, he just judged the threat - an overgrown kit - hardly worth the fuss he was going to have to go through to clean up the scene, "I'm not going to clean up this mess for you, Foxbane. Make sure this body is gone before sunset." There, maybe that would prove his point. Typically a patrol was be sent to clean up after the former High Priestess but maybe if she had to deal with the consequences of her own actions then she would be less likely to do it again, "... but I guess I can leave Wolfpaw to help you, if you want him."
"What?" The creamy gold apprentice was about the same size, if not smaller, than the bloody victim at Foxbane's paws. He was part of Bloodyrondo's border patrol - the last task of his work day - and was looking forward to taking a well-deserved nap here in the next thirty minutes. The last thing he wanted to do was be left alone with a murderess and have to help clean up her crime, "How about no."

"You could just admit you're too squeamish to see what I might do to the corpse." Foxbane commented, glancing at the tom as he arrived, a whisper of a smirk crossing her expression. "I guess I'll just have to have my fun with Wolfpaw. How'd you like to learn to get rid of a body. Permanently." The darkness with which she spoke, and the dangerous glint that entered her eyes was downright disturbing. The Senator clearly had something in mind, and it wasn't the usual sort of 'bury the body or throw it in a river' thing most did.
"And... that's a death flag. I'm too minor of a character to be left alone with Foxbane." Wolfpaw replied, looking at Bloodyrondo with big blue eyes. He was still little and cute and although he hated relying on it right now it seemed like his only shot. Bloodyrondo had a thing for cats with big blue eyes and as fate would have it he mirrored his brother Nikkohydrangea in that regard, "I'm a goner for sure."
"Im not too squeamish." Bloodyrondo said sharply, always easy to rile, he was a walking talking trigger after all, "I just have better things to do. And Wolfpaw," Judging by his tone, it seemed the apprentice's attempt at compassion had failed,"If you are serious about being a Janus someday, then you should be hopping at the chance of doing one-on-one training with our former High Priestess. You'll be fine. Now, if you will excuse me..." With that, the Priest Promised removed himself from the situation, leaving the tiny cream-colored tom with who many regarded to be evil incarnate.

"Definitely squeamish. He's going to have a hard time as Priest if he can't get over that." Foxbane mused in amusement, ensuring the statement to Wolfpaw would just barely tickled the edge of the Promised's ear before he was out of range. She indicated the body with her paw. "If you're here, you're my help then. Which means you get to carry the corpse. Disposal waits for no one. Unless you really want to see the crows pick out the eyes and entrails."
"What, seriously? Your victim's bigger than I..." Wolfpaw was always quick to complain and was seconds away from going into a full-on tangent when he remembered who he was with. He gulped and rested his paw against the poor sap's side. Still warm. Ew, "... I mean, where to?"
"Please tell me the plan isn't to drag this corpse all the way to twolegplace," Wolfpaw said, shaking his head, "Cuz even if it isn't, I really don't think it's a good idea to go there... I've heard terrible... wait, why am I trying to explain this to you?" It was public knowledge that Foxbane had a boy toy in the League aka basically twolegplace, "Oh never mind. Let's just get this over with."
