Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Romancefable had heard the rumors of the DayClan cat who had come to SunClan battered, bruised, and defeated. It was perfect! Right? I mean he could be her knight in white armor, swoop in and save the damsel in distress just like in the fairy tales. This was his shot at a truly epic romance, and he had no intention of missing out on a chance at true love. This wasn't his first attempt at finding love, but he couldn't help but hope that it would be his last.
The snowy white tom had went with a more simple paint design, the oranges, yellows, and red looking more vines curling around his limbs, blooming into the symbols he had chosen for himself. He had also picked up a large fluffy rabbit to bring to her, and white rose. After inspecting his wares, he picked them up trotting towards the treatment den with an air of confidence.
As soon as he saw her, his heart began pounding in his chest, even wrapped in cobwebs and smelling of blood she was gorgeous in his eyes. He set them down at her paws "These are for you my lady" he ducked into a deep dramatic bow, a sweet smile gracing his face "My name is Romancefable, it is a pleasure to meet you"
To say she was in a dark place would be an understatement. Azura thrived on her independence and freedom in DayClan, and the most important cat to her led the group. Glowstar, the cat who saved her from the brink of death in Absum Lux. Glowstar, the one who trained her more than her mentor in Absum Lux ever did. Glowstar, the one who became her mother. All of it, gone in one short evening. Gone with a choice to help a stranger, a SunClanner at that. For that, she got taken prisoner, and, as Bloodyrondo said, forced into becoming the Sun God's 'loyal servant'.
She didn't want to be here. Bloodyrondo brought her back here instead of to her real home. Her delirium set in when she entered the camp that night, and it still muddled her memory, but she knew it was bad. Part of her still harbored burning anger for his choice, but it had dissipated somewhat That being said, there was still plenty left. As disgusting as most of the poultices where, she licked most of them clean off her wounds.
She heard a cat bound into the den just as she started to work on removing the cobwebs. Her earthy optics looked over her shoulder to watch the white tom approach with a rabbit and... a rose? She almost scoffed at the sight. "Hmpf. I am definitely not your lady. "

ROMANCEFABLE
THE HOPELESS ROMANTIC - SUNCLAN WARRIOR
Most cats would have been putt off but such a cold welcome, but not Romancefable. The maidens always liked to play coy in the beginning. It was just a matter of get past their barriers and finding what lied underneath it all. His bright and charming smile never faded from his face as he moved in gently placing his paws on hers and drawing them up to his lips to kiss them "Of course you are, a she-cat as beautiful as you should always be refered to as a lady. The rumors of your stunning appearance doesn't hold a flickering flame to the blaze of seeing you in person"
It wasn't that he hadn't noticed what she was doing, but sometimes the best way to stop one was to provide an even bigger distraction. Playing the romantic fool if need be, though he meant every word he had uttered. "Tis a shame I haven't gotten to see you radiant smile"
It was always her opinion that all SunClan cats were at least a little bit crazy. With Foxbane as the founder, what else could anyone expect? She was crazy before her abduction, and since then she was off the rails. To Azura, the abduction unmasked the crazy already there, but to each their own. Granted, this tom was crazy in a different sense. Azura never considered a mate or kits in her future, for good reasons. She had enough family as it was. She probably had family in every group from the Eerie lineage. She knew her family wasn't normal, but they were a different kind of crazy. You know, the fun type, not the murderous type. Or the imposing type.
Just the way this tom held himself screamed warning to her. Why would a tom approach her like that? Who gave him to right to court her while she healed? A growl resonated from deep in her throat. "Get out of here and let me rest. I'm sure Littlestar wouldn't want you to 'accidentally' reopen some wounds."

Even her growl was really cute! It seemed to seal the deal for him. Azura... Azura... Azura... she was the one! A slow smile spread across his face "Fair enough, I will leave... IF...." he paused gathering his thoughts about his request "you give me a smile to send me on my way. I can't bare to leave your presence without at least seeing your radiant smile at least once. It will give me enough courage to face the lonely night ahead without you by my side"
The request was a bit ridiculous, but his intense gaze gave no indication that he was joking. Instead he held his ground not budging from his spot
(Sorry for the late reply. I was not in a great state of mind for writing last week.)
She'd almost rather deal with a murderous type of crazy that what ever this cat was. She knew how to deal with a Foxbane kind of crazy: give them distance and let their personality destroy themselves. It worked with Foxbane, more or less. She never personally dealt with her, but it worked out, sort of. Foxbane became a part of the Eerie family, but whatever. She couldn't do much anymore, unlike this tom. She knew he was a full blown warrior, and had a clear leg up over her in SunClan. She hated it, but she couldn't just ruin his face and go on with it. The initiate didn't know who he knew. She sighed. Not that it mattered. She would be dead in a few months when she initiated.
Her claws slid from their sheaths as she bore her teeth in a 'smile'. "Their you go. Now. Leave."
