Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Tidaldream had been excited and nervous all at once. The moment she found out she was given an apprentice to train. Her nerves began to eat her alive. Her ears and tail fidgeted ever so slightly. It was her first apprentice, and the thought of that made her sick to her stomach. In her state of anxiety she had forgotten to ask her parents for advice and zoomed off to the meeting spot that she had blurted in her apprentice's face. She had arrived too early and found herself sitting just outside of camp on a large rock. It was some time later after the ceremony, the sun was high in the mostly clear sky. Leaving the grey and white she-cat to bake in the hot sun. The heat only added more to the new mentor's list of things that go wrong. One of the things on her mind was she wondered if she was pushing her apprentice Harvestpaw too quickly into training.
Harvestpaw's entire life had changed a few moons ago when the Sun God cursed him, blaming him for his sister drowning. Now he had to live with the sin of what he did and the curse the Sun God left upon him. The only cure was to become an honorable, good, and obedient SunClan warrior so Tidaldream was the key for him to break this curse. His paw nervously rubbed along the other paw as he looked around for his mentor. His mom didn't have the best representation even if she was the soothsayer. Autumngossamer had been cursed by the Sun God too. His stomach churned with worry, what if Tidaldream would see him as a mischievous kid who deserved his punishment? What if she made him train from dawn till dusk to repent for what he did or thought lowly of him? What if he was destined to fail and be cursed forever?
By the time Tidaldream came into camp Harvestpaw's mind was already swarming with doubt and worry, but he offered her a soft friendly smile upon her arrival, "Hi, I'm Harvestpaw, but you can call me Harv for short!" The tom purred.
