Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Fairytalekit was being very helpful in the sense that he was organizing the herbs by color. He had an idea on what quite a few of them did, especially the basics. Outside of the basics though he still had plenty to learn, but was excited for the day he would be able to be trained. He was a week away from being promoted though! Soon enough he would become a real medicine cat apprentice and would be able to do more than just memorize herbs all day.
Yellowmoon, the grey and white ragdoll Dark Forest cat watched him leisurely. For her, he was a good asset to test herbs on and nothing more. Fairytalekit's inability to feel his nerves would serve her well with experimenting new items, but she was beginning to wonder if he would serve her better as a warrior than working for Brakewing's. Having Fairytalekit as a weapon that could feel pain would let her get away with more should she ever be caught. Her thoughts were disturbed when she heard someone enter and immediately allowed herself to fade into the backdrop.

"Oh Fairytalekit!!!" came the sultry voice, as a thin auburn she-cat made her way into the medicine cat den with her hips swaying unintentionally from side to side. Like her biological father, she was already proving to be quite the looker, drawing gazes where ever she went. It was partially due to her exquisite coat, but mostly it was her flirtatious attitude. Even at her young age, she spoke in a way that made even some adults blush. She didn't really know that she was flirting, just that when she spoke that way cats tended to give in and give her exactly what she wanted. She sauntered inside letter her tail flick on his shoulder "I heard that you are in charge of sorting the herbs today" she let her tail tickle his chin as she gazed down at the colorful array "and well you see I was hoping that you might give your dear sister some lavender"
Fairytalekit lifted his vixen shaped head up from his work, a cheerful smile rising to his sleepy gaze. He rubbed at his eyes getting the sleep out of them, "Hey sissy," he said with a yawn. His voice always came off with a natural good boy kindness that was soft and pleasing to the ear even in his sleepy state. "Oh, lavender! Heh, y'know this is actually my first time helping someone! I'm going to remember this forever," He laughed a bit as he walked to the back of the den. He seemed to perk up a little more from his tired state. He had been training extra hard to make sure he was ready to be medicine cat apprentice, which meant he was staying up late than he should.
"You look really pretty today, sis, Yellowmoon says that if I stop picking at my fur so much I can have a beautiful coat like you," He purred. Fairytalekit had been diagnosed with some type of nerve damage, he had an inability to feel pain or any sort of sensation. His entire world of touch was numb and it had some unintended consequences. Because there was no negative reaction to scratching himself he pulled at his fur, move his jaw like he was mouthing something and would crack his neck, delighted by the sound it made. Lately he had been trying to remember to get a hold of his ticks out of fear that he might not be made medicine cat apprentice if he kept it up. It was especially generous when he couldn't feel pain to understand how to treat it, but he had high hopes.
He placed the lavender down in front of her and shined a slick smile, "Enjoy!"

Fallkit chuckled, pulling the lavender to her. If he knew what she had planned to use it for, he probably wouldn't have been so eager to just hand it over so easily "Well dear brother, I will always remember this as well. They day that I single pawed gave you your first medicine cat experience" she winked, placing her paw on the soft lavender as if to claim it as her own so that he couldn't take it back "I don't know who yellowmoon is, but sounds like good advice. You could be quite the lady killer if you took better care of yourself" she purred, rising to her paws to leave "I'll be on my way then, things to see, things to do" she chirped
"Oh hey, um. Would you mind if I come with you? It's been a while since I've really done something fun," Fairytalekit said with a sheepish smile.
Fairytalekit looked a lot like an ugly duckling, the kind anyone could tell was ugly now, but would grow up good looking. His legs were awkward as a fawns, but they were the kind that would grow out hardened by muscle. His fur was short, but likely needed a few more moons and soon there would be a sea of gorgeous crimson. Even his head, it was doughy now, but later it would be clear he would lose the baby fat and the sharp planes of his face would be defined more. He could be pretty handsome, at least if he stopped acting on his odd ticks like cracking his next eight times in public. Before he became a medicine cat apprentice he didn't really notice his looks. But now that Yellowmoon pointed out every feature he had he became more aware that others mind feel uncomfortable having him around them. Even his own sister, but his gaze still looked hopeful.

Fallkit had half a mind to refuse his request, but seeing how easily he accepted her she couldn't just say no. "Alright, fine fine... BUT, you have to at least groom your fur before we go" she said firmly sitting down and waiting for him to do so, as she took a small amount of the lavender and rubbed it in strategic places around her body. Behind her ears, on her joints, so that no matter how she moved the sweet scent of lavender would come off of her in waves. Clearly she had something planned for this evening, even if Fariytalekit hadn't quite picked up on her intentions yet.
Fairytalekit felt his heart seize waiting for her answer, but when he got it he cheerfully grinned, "You will not regret this!" He promised.
He quickly licked at his fur, making sure to groom it as much as possible. Why did he have to pick at his fur without thinking? If he could feel pain from plucking his fur he wouldn't have such short fur. All of his siblings fur looked cute, groomed, and were almost entirely grown out of their kit fluff. Him on the other hand, his fur had been picked at so much it his fur was still as soft as the day he was born. He vigorously flattened his fur down so it would at least all align, that way his fur wouldn't be sticking up longer than other areas.
"How do I look?" He asked, hoping for the word decent. If nothing else his blue eyes were wildly enviable. They looked like as blue as the sky, yet complex like a crystal.
