"Alright, who did it?"
The words the Nemesis spoke hung in the air, but as he looked around at the assembled cats, it was clear what this was about. For sitting in front of him, in a mess of scrap metal and destroyed wiring, was the very useless robot he made, Gerald. It was unclear how much work went into the robot that could only make clanging noises, no one really knew how much of it was stolen from the Regime. Now, it looked more like a metal body. With the hull of it torn out, and springs and nuts scattered onto the floor like organs.
Creek-chan had stuck his paw into the empty hull, his claws wrapping around one of the red wires within it. He had grown a lot recently and was already a little larger than his mother. That being said, it was unlikely that he would ever lose that insatiable curiosity of his, evident by the fact that he couldn't keep his paws off this weird robot thing, "I didn't do it but I wish I did. If I had I would know how to fix it. What was this wire supposed to do?"

Funk didn't answer right away, instead letting the question hang in the air. Some sort of pressure, he was hoping. But they were all steely, no one going along with his scheme. "It sure did not keep it from getting destroyed." Really, he just stole parts of it from the Regime and threw it together to infiltrate. Well, it wouldn't be of use anymore.
"I don't blame who did it. Taking things about is much more fun than putting them together," Creek-chan replied, a couple loose cords hanging from his mouth, "I just wish they had been more... neat about it. There's not much to learn from it as it stands."

(well, time to do something dumb)
Funk's ear flicked, the only indication he heard Creek-chan as the rest of the group stayed silent. It was frustrating, unnecessarily so. That no one would just admit it. Oh well, there were other ways to get people to talk. "Oh well, there's always more where that came from." The Nemesis said with a purr, a cascade of bright red lights suddenly shining from behind him. Like a thousand eyes watching you from the dark. "Though I am still curious on who crushed the first one. I'm sure everyone else is too."
Creek-chan's fur ruffled slightly at all the red eyes but, seeing how his father reacted to them, he quickly calmed down and eyed them with curiosity. While he understood the feline body quite well, twoleg robotics was totally foreign to him. Well, mostly, "Can't twolegs capture pictures of the past in their... uh... televisions? Could your robot do that too?"
