( This is the Hearte family. They are known for being rather carefree and kind in the Regime, but are rather traditional. If they had their way, the Regime would stop allowing in outsiders, no longer be involved in whatever this 'trade' thing Shule has going on, and even in dire situations, the other ranks would never learn to hunt! They are a pureblooded Regime family, and value that, though nowadays it's extremely difficult to find any pureblooded Regime cat to be mates with, even if they were born in the group. Does NOT get along with the Soulaine, Monesi, or Eerie families, and has a tumultuous, but not necessarily bad, relationship with the Damaris family. Personalities, ranks, and appearances are guidelines, not requirements, though it may affect their relationships in the family! So long as they fit in with the spirit of the family, feel free to change them up however you wish. cx

The two matriarchs of the family. Incapable of having kits of their own Etta's very recently deceased brother conceived the kits for each litter so that they would be related to both parents. These two are a unit, and nothing can break the couple. Similarly, both tend to be quite stubborn and stuck in their beliefs for tradition in the Regime.

CORA }} OPEN

A thick furred ebony she-cat with large, dark blue eyes. Highly emotional, independent, and slow to let those outside her family in to her inner circle. Mercenary.

ETTA }} OPEN

A sleek gray and ginger she-cat with fairy light eyes of dark teal with golden flecks. Incredibly generous, generally selfless, and bears impeccable manners. Guider.

The first litter of the family, and the most strict. Each were told by their mothers which profession to pick. Not doing so, or switching to another rank is as good as being disowned.

ATALO }} OPEN

A tortoiseshell tom with vibrant turquoise eyes. Depressed, tends to lie, push others away, and find it hard to sympathize with those around him. Scout.

CORWIN }} OPEN

He is a sleek black tom with pale orange eyes with darker spaces like two moons. Die hard romantic, who lives life like it's a race, and often argues with those who disagree with him. Raiser.

SADEN }} OPEN

The only female of the litter, a thick furred russet she-cat with gray-blue eyes. Free spirited, individualistic, and dislikes routine, though she feels obligated to listen to her parents. Mercenary.

VERNE }} OPEN

A gray-blue tom with golden eyes and black freckles across his cheeks. Enthusiastic, helpful, and had a die-hard loyalty to his family. Guider.

The parents often overlook this litter. They were initially babied, and then all but forgotten when the newest litter was born. As such, they are a bit bitter, and tend to lash out against their parents.

A torstoiseshell she-cat with Etta's fairy light eyes. The problem child. Incredibly rebellious, quick witted, and with a calm, rational demeanor. Scout Cadet.

HUEY }} OPEN

A black and white swirled tom with deep blue, almost indigo, eyes. Cautious, impulsive, but capable of being sensible when he tries. Mercenary Cadet.

The babies, their future remaining to be seen. They are allowed to get away with a lot, though to do anything that directly challenges the family values tends to result in harsh punishment.

CHANE }} OPEN

A thick furred black tom with green eyes. Twin to Dyre. A controlling thrill seeker who is certain of himself, and can be rather thoughtful.

DYRE }} OPEN

A thick furred black she-cat with teal eyes. Twin to Chane. Often feels bound to rules and thinks she's inadequate compared to her siblings, leading her to often get involved in her twin's schemes.

CYDNI }} OPEN

A thick furred, mostly black she-cat with smokey gray and orange flecks throughout her fur. The youngest, and incredibly childish and naive. Always, always, gets what she wants.
