Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Active Hours: NightClan cats are nocturnal and do most of their hunting, training, and work during the night.
Training: Apprentices must be 6 moons or older before they begin their training where they are assigned a warrior as a mentor.
Temperament: NightClan cats are fierce warriors and have deep loyalty to their clan. They are mysterious and silent like shadows in the night. Though they may show kindness, do not mistake that for weakness. These warriors are far from weak and are more than willing to fight.
Fur/Eye Color: NightClan cats are nocturnal and hunt, train, and work during the night so most of them have dark colors. While all colors are welcomed, keep in mind that bright colored cats may find it harder to hide within the shadows. All NATURAL eye color are welcomed.
NightClan Special Ranks:
Loyal Guard: The Loyal Guard is the leader's most trusted warriors and are paw-chosen by the leader, them-self. These cats are highly trained in extensive and impressive combat, hunting, and tracking skills. They are equivalent to an Assassin and are often chosen to go on special quests/missions, used as the leader's personal body guards, provide immediate aid or important messages to allies, are the front line in battle, and occasionally the first to be called in a rescue mission. Loyal Guard members are allowed to choose or be assigned a personal servant from the Prisoners.
NightClan Ceremonies/Rituals:
NightClan Initiation: A ceremony that allows or denies a prisoner/servant to join the ranks of Nightclan as a full member. Based on their performances as a servant and overall behavior, the leader decides whether or not a prisoner is deemed worthy to join Nightclan. If the member fails the initiation, they are either exiled or put back into the prison camp. A prisoner may be sentenced to a permanent prisoner if found untrustworthy.
Alliances:
Trade Alliance: NightClan is in a trade alliance with Renegade Regime. Once a moon or when supplies are short, the leader from Nightclan and the leader from Renegade Regime meet up at a designated spot to trade goods. Nightclan is known for providing Renegade Regime supplies to make weapons and armor and in return, the Renegade Regime exchanges weapons and armor to the Nightclan cats.
A massive cavern formed during the earthquake that exposed a once underground body of water. The sides of this is steep, with a winding path that is the only safe way up and down. The winding path leads to a cave opening in the face of the cliff face that ring around the pool of water. That cave opening leads into the cave system where NightClan has made their home.
Camp:
NightClan are nocturnal cats, for a long time they had to make dens woven tightly to avoid any sun coming in and disturbing their rest. Any light seeping in could disturb their sleep. So shifting to make their homes in a cavern where no sun could enter, and the cavern is lit by caverns filled with crystals that reflect only the light that permeates from the entrance to the Cenote and gaps in the ceiling in the main area. The main area features a rock structure for the younger cats to try and climb, and for other cats to relax on if they'd like. Smaller caves ring the main cavern where the cats make their dens. In the cavern lies the Light Stone, a massive quartz that lights up when the moonlight strikes it just so at moonhigh. It is then and there that the leader makes his/her announcements bathed in the light of the moon and the cats lit up by the splendor of the light stone. In a separate caver, branched off from the main cavern, lies the prisoner camp which is much like the main cavern only that it is used to house the prisoners.
