Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Oddface woke early that morning and escaped to the forest. The calico feline found herself with a free morning, and didn't want to waste it. She smiled and broke into a run, leaving the noise of the camp behind her. So many possibilities to chose from! Will she hunt? Explore? Maybe a nice walk? The chimera calico wasn't quite sure yet, but Oddface was willing to let her heart guide the events of her morning.

{ { can I jump in? } }
Having settled on the edge of the unclaimed Mountain Clan territory, SwiftClan's members were roaming all about the other clans, taking care to remain outside of their scent borders but still nearby. It was precisely one of these cats that popped out of the underbrush, leaping upwards to snatch a sparrow out of the air and kill it with an easy snap of her teeth. The she-cat had the typical coloring of a FallClan cat, though her size and scent indicated she wasn't of the clan.
Seeing another cat not too far away, Heathersong raised her tail in greeting, mouth full as she dug a shallow hole to bury her prey in until she could retrieve it later. "Hello!" she purred, raising her voice ot be heard over the distance, "Oddface, right? It's Heathersong!" The she-cat had left FallClan for SwiftClan when Chimerastar had first created the group, but she hadn't forgotten her friends and family still in FallClan. "How are you doing today?"
The calico's pelt puffed up at the unexpected voice, and she slowed to a stop. Oddface sniffed the air, the feline didn't realized that she had already wandered so far from camp. It took the FallClan Warrior a moment, but she calmed down once she recognized who had spoken. "Hey, Heathersong." The calico said, cautiously getting closer. "Yes, it is Oddface. I am doing well, getting a head start to the morning. " Oddface was still a bit unsure how to act towards her former Clanmate. The calico tilted her head, Heathersong was not trespassing and SwiftClan was currently not a hostile force to FallClan. Surely there was no harm in being friendly. "How about you, how are you doing?"

Heathersong saw Oddface's tense reaction and realized her mistake. She had the good grace to look a little sheepish as she apologized. "Sorry," she mewed, flicking her tail. "I didn't mean to startle you. As much as I love SwiftClan, sometimes it takes my brain a few seconds to remember I can't just traipse over to my old camp for a visit." She scratched her ear, the picture of ease, and sat down at the border, eyeing Oddface. "I'm good, you know all things considered." She, in fact, did not look good. To be honest, none of the SwiftClan cats did.
They had been wandering around the Mountain Clans for the last moon or so and had only remained the same wraith-like thinness. They were clearly starving and suffering from malnutrition, but their spirits remained high enough for most to ignore that fact, at least at first.
