Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Copperheadkit padded out of the nursery. He stretched his legs one at a time as he climbed slowly out of the den. He looked around and headed to the fresh-kill pile to eat see if he could find his favorite meal, Chipmunks. He walked towards the pile and stood looking at it with his head cocked to the right as he looked. He let out a purr as he saw a chipmunk i the pile, close to the bottom. He walked around until he was in front of it and grabbed it trying to pull it out of the heap of prey.
Copperheadkit grunted and pulled, struggling to get his piece of prey out of the tangle it was in. He growled and grunted in determination. The prey didn't let go, but Copperheadkit did. he let it go and sat down, lashing his tail as he did. He stomped a paw on the ground and flattened his ears in anger.
A golden paw reached past Copperheadkit and dug sharp claws into the back of the chipmunk's head. The cat attached to that paw was none other than Moltenkit, a sweet-faced bengal tom with midnight black rosettes scattered up and down his sides like little eclipses. His muscles rippled as he gave his first great tug, but nothing budged. The chipmunk was really stuck in there. Moltenkit used much more brute force on his second attempt. An eerie snap could be heard as his haste caused the prey's neck to break but, hey, it was already dead, it wouldn't effect the flavor. The chipmunk now freed, he presented it to Copperheadkit with a very friendly smile, "This is the one you wanted, right?"

Copperheadkit watched as Moltenkit worked to get the chipmunk out of the pile. "Thanks." He said gruffly as he dipped his head to Moltenkit, before grabbing the chipmunk's right leg and carrying it to the side of the nursery. He sat down and began to dig into the prey with a satisfied purr of contentment. He looked around as he ate his meal slowly. The sun was out casting its heat onto his pelt, making him feel warm.
Copperheadkit ate the chipmunk and grabbed the bones tossing them outside the camp and headed back to the nursery to see if anyone wanted to play a game. He sat down and wrapped his tail around his front paws as he looked around the camp. He let out a sigh and decided to find an adventure outside of camp. He rose once more to his paws and headed outside of the camp, a thrill of happiness swept into his paws as he continued to walk.
"That's probably not a very good idea, Copperheadkit," Moltenkit hadn't really left the clearing since he had freed the chipmunk. He had actually picked a mouse for himself and nibbled at it alone while the other kit did much the same, "I'm not going to stop you but with all of these gods and goddesses running around it's really not safe for a kit to be out alone on his own."
"Since when were you such a worry-wart, Moltenkit?" Divinekit asked as she approached the toms. Her golden ginger-and-white fur shimmered in the sunlight almost like she was cloaked in glitter. She certainly had a presence that was hard to match, almost like she was royalty. In a sense, she was, being the great great granddaughter of Glowstar herself, albeit not by blood, "I think going outside of camp sounds like fun."
Moltenkit's tail-tip twitched. He wasn't used to being the voice of reason, it didn't quite fit his image. He turned his kiwi green eyes to Copperheadkit, waiting to see what that kit had to say first before formulating his own reply.
