Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Peachblush sat a few yards away from DayClan's southern border, his gaze cast toward the southwest. I can see the cherry blossom trees in SpringClan territory from here, he thought to himself. If I really wanted to, I could be there by nightfall.
It began to drizzle lightly, and Peachblush let himself savour the feeling of the rain on his fur. Not today, he thought with a sigh, and likely never.
The small she-cat slunk through the grass, her contrasting pelt completely ruining any and all element of stealth. The first few raindrops plopped onto her ears, causing them to twitch and Badgerpounce's whiskers to twitch in irritation. Craning her head up to scan her surroundings, her gaze fell on the cat sitting at the southern border. Hm. It had been a rather slow day. Perhaps some light conversation would be nice. So, continuing onward, she already began to regret her decision as the drizzling picked up the pace. Ugh. Grooming would be in order later. Approaching Peachfuzz, she cleared her throat, picking up in the sense that the tom was deep in thought. "Um... Semi-decent afternoon, huh?"
Peachblush blinked and turned his head toward Badgerpounce. “No flowers bloom without rain, right?” he replied with a slight smile. The she-cat’s arrival was a welcome distraction from his thoughts, though if any more cats caught him staring past the border it was probably a sign that he should find a way to do it more subtly. “I haven’t talked to you around camp much. Care to sit? Or will the rain bother you?”
Taking a quick glance upward at the falling rain, she considered it for a moment before nodding. She made her way over and sat a short distance away, facing the same direction. Her stumpy tail twitched to and fro. "I'm a bit... Newer to the Clan. And I"m not accustomed to this life just yet, so learning names is... A slow process." Her answer made it clear she had no idea that Peachblush was the former leader of Springclan, and thus didn't feel the need to speak with respect. Well... Any more respect than she would give to a fellow Clan-mate who wasn't friend nor foe. "Speaking of rain, why're you out here in the open, staring at the territories?" And there was her tendency to be completely oblivious to the subtle emotions to others. Then again, even if she had picked up on the subtle emotions, it would've only made her more curious.
