Cadet Rory frowned down at the apprentice that slept nearby. It had not been long since he found her in the Underground Forest, unconscious and bleeding. He had not seen any predators or strange figures around her when he stumbled upon her. It was puzzling how she ended up in that state and what she was doing down there. He ground up a few more herbs to apply to her head later and dipped some moss in a nearby puddle to place nearby. Hopefully she would wake up soon...
Lilacpaw whimpered, she had never felt this hurt before. She had only tried to stir in her sleep, but the pain forced her awake. Surprised, but still not fully awake she tried to get up, but didn't even get her paws underneath herself before she gave up. Her body hurt at the slightest of movements, the only thing that soothed her was relaxing and remaining completely still. She couldn't remember the last thing she did, but whatever it was it left her feeling weak and especially helpless in this unfamiliar environment. "Where am I?" Lilacpaw asked, she hadn't heard her voice in a while and could hear it come out traitorously scared and weak. All the traits she didn't want herself to come off as, but in this moment she was very aware of her inexperience and small apprentice size. She couldn't even move her head to look around.

Cadet Rory's ears pricked at the sound of her weak meow and he jogged over. "Oh, you're awake!" There was surprise in his voice. Honestly, he had hoped she would wake up soon but he wasn't expecting right then. The young tom glanced around to see if any more experienced cats were around to help but he was out of luck. "Uh, hello! My name is Cadet Rory and uh, you're in the Regime." He answered then pushed the moss towards her. "You, uh, must be thirsty, huh?"
"I'm Lilacpaw," She said before looking at the moss hesitantly, but there was a part of her that trusted instinctively that Cadet Rory was trying to help her and began to lap it up, sipping every last drop before licking her lips. She lied in the nest for a moment feeling her chest rise and fall slowly, "I'm from DayClan. Are you a like a medicine cat apprentice? And what happened to me, why am I here?" She asked, as more questions popped into her mind. How long had she been out and did anyone know she was gone or were they out looking for her? Pressing into her nest though she felt comfortable, safe, like she was back home lying in the medicine cat den. But the thought of home didn't exactly make her feel comfortable or safe. Her clanmates never agreed with her, everything she did was wrong, and while she was of high social class she wasn't an idiot. The moment she was made a warrior she would be made a maverick because she still hadn't learned how to behave nicely.
