Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
The Sun God had sealed Bloodyrondo's fate. Well, he wasn't really Crimsy right now, was he? No, he was TheIdiotBrother, which again, the deity found rather long, but oh well. Guess he'd have to figure out a new nickname in the meantime. Eh, inspiration would strike him eventually.
Of course, that eventually was about to be the next five minutes, because apparently, SunClan's newest 'initiate' was looking for him. Great. He'd hoped for a little push back like his Tiny Winter Star gave him, but suddenly the prospect of the tom not being a suck up seemed not quite as preferable. Be careful what you wish for, even on a cosmic level. The world had a way of irony, even with the gods, so it seemed.
He couldn't exactly avoid the tom forever, so he really didn't try, allowing the temporarily demoted tom's paws to guide him well and true to his destination.
"Sun God." Bloodyrondo bowed as he always had - low to the ground, his muzzle very nearly grazing the dusty grass - but it lacked its usual enthusiasm. No longer was he rigid in respect and nervous energy. No, his movement was slow, controlled. Forced? No, he genuinely meant the respect. The ginger tom lifted his head up and gazed at the Sun God's glorious visage. His facial expression softened and, for just a moment, he looked like a frightened kit who had made a mess he did not know how to clean up. Then his brown furrowed slightly and he once again assumed his usual confident expression.
He had a lot of questions. If he asked every single one of them the two would surely sit here for hours and hours, though, and Bloody knew better than to expect anything like that. So, he focused on the biggest on of all, the one that would at the very least put the rest into perspective, "Please forgive me for being so bold as to ask you a question, especially since it seems I'm a lowly Initiate these days. I truly am blessed that you revealed yourself to me at all. I'm just tired of being taught lessons when I know better than my teachers. I need to return to my post so I can continue to enforce your laws and praise your blessings as I always have done. So, please tell me, what am I supposed to be learning?"
