The skinny black she-cat curled up into a ball in her nest for only a moment before hearing a loud crash outside her den. One eye opened irritably and she bit back a sharp remark out of the desire not to engage in conversation. However, her sleep was disrupted once more by another bang. As quick as a bolt of lightning, Voracity was up and glaring outside. "What in Funk's name is going on out here? You're louder than a hoard of badgers!" She hissed sharply.

(i'm sorry, i had a dumb idea of funk making a useless robot. so i'm subjecting you to it)
"What in Funk's name? I like it." The voice responded, as calm as the starting breezes that brought in a storm. Really, the crash could have been anything. Some kits rough-housing. A fight. Maybe something more epic like a twoleg or a bear... or a shark. Really, the possibilities were endless and most impossible. So, when the source of the crashes turned out to be a tom wrapped in cinnamon sugar, it was a tad strange. Stranger still, he wasn't alone. The thing behind him was less alive the more you looked, but it also moved of its own supposed will. Sharp edges and dark colors defined it, the few rays of light only making it seem more alien.
"Ah, sorry about that Voracity." Funk didn't appear to mean it, but didn't give her a chance to refute before turning to the creation. "You apologize too." Well, it moved to. Though it really only made a large bang, seemingly out of nowhere. "I guess that'll do."
