The Mercenary Superior had been called to visit Gossamer in her den. Why, Shule had absolutely no clue whatsoever, and she found it especially strange when she arrived that there was no Kaisra, no Sean, no Sentinel, or anyone else for that matter, in sight. One one paw, that was comforting. She had started to suspect that the Commander might want to demote her to promote a relative in her place or something, though clearly, she was thinking too little of the she-cat. Then again, maybe Goss just assumed Shule would take it gracefully, and didn't want anyone else to see? Mm. No point in overthinking it.
"What did you wish to speak about, Gossamer?" It wasn't often that Shule would use a cat's name in lieu of their title, but this wasn't exactly a normal meeting, she could tell, which prompted a rather serious expression to show on her face. She'd find out soon enough, she supposed.
