Shule had been trying to build a forge for some time now. And now that she was Commander, she expected to be a bit more interrupted than usual. Ah, well. She'd already told Volontaire and Ignatius where she'd be if anyone needed her.
Speaking of the Chaman, he'd been an immense help thus far. His idea of using clay had worked magnificently! And, whether due to her own more cautious approach to throwing things in a fire, or simply running out of materials that combusted at high heat, she hadn't had anything explode recently. Which was good. Generally, a singed Commander didn't inspire confidence, did it?
Luckily, she had all her limbs, and well, only a few burns. But shhh, it was fine. Currently, Shule had put some ore she'd gotten in the forge, watching curiously as it glowed and melted right before her eyes. Huh. That was an interesting reaction, wasn't it? She mused, staring at the molten metal thoughtfully. Now, how would she get it out? And how was she supposed to use it? Because, she bet if she tried touching it now, it would be just as hot as the fire, and probably not too quick to cool down...
