Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

Bloodtusk
NightClan Warrior
The Gentle Giant
The nights were growing warmer, a sure sign that new-leaf was on it's way. With his shortened muzzle, Bloodtusk found the warmer weather harder to deal with. It took more effort to breathe, often making it sound like he was giving low growls when all he was trying to do was catch his breathe. However, there was still some time until greenleaf when the warm air bothered him enough to keep him at camp during the day so he wanted to enjoy this time while he could.
But that was difficult... once again he found himself out hunting alone. Most cats in the clan avoided him, some even going as far as flat out refusing to interact with him. Queens gathered their kits close when he approached, and apprentice shrunk away at the mere site of his overgrown teeth. He had gained a reputation among the clan as a brute, a cat that everyone wanted on their side when times got rough but otherwise was left on his own.
His ear flicked forward as the sound of a mouse caught his attention up ahead, and he dropped into a hunter's crouch. He placed each large paw down carefully, trying to reduce the sound of his steps as he stalked his prey.
Newleaf was her favorite time of the year. The cold days of Leafbare would soon be far behind them and everything would come to life once more. She did enjoy the warmer weather even if there were too many rain storms in Newleaf for her liking. It meant that she would be spending more time out hunting and patrolling and the rewards would be much greater as prey should be easier to come by. It would be a time for NightClan to recover from a long hard winter.
With that in mind she had decided to do a bit of hunting. This was nothing new. She spent most of her time either hunting or patroling as it made her feel useful. At the moment however, she was stalking the same mouse the Bloodtusk had his sights on. With her eyes locked on the prey she was prowling forward one step at a time.

Bloodtusk
NightClan Warrior
The Gentle Giant
Bloodtusks were narrowed in soley on the prey before him. Due to his large size there was little he could do to hide his frame, instead he had to rely mostly on stealth and a bit of luck. However, it seemed that this time something else had captured the mouse's attention around the bend of the tree. He inched closer and closer, until his victory was all but assured. The muscles in his powerful back legs bunched, springing him forward in a carefully planned strike. Unaware of the she-cat also hunting the same prey.
The black she cat was drawing ever closer to her prey. Each paw was carefully placed in front of the other. Now all she had to do was get into position and...She straightened up the moment she saw Bloodtusk pounce. While some might grow annoyed at the thought of someone stealing their catch, she honestly wasn't sure which one of them had been there first so there was really no point in arguing. Instead she would sit this one out. If they both pounced the mouse could be lost after all. Besides, she had already caught plenty so losing one mouse was not going to hurt her.
