Slowly, Funk E'tan got to watch everything fall into place. It was perfect, far too perfect for someone like him. Someone who was rife in failures and taking short cuts. It didn't make sense, far less as the creature he found began to stir. It looked less like an actual living thing and more of a dog's plush toy with all the stuffing chewed out of it. The limbs hadn't quite set in place correctly, so when it ran it wobbled. He thought giving it mouse ears would have worked better, though now they were only flaps of skin barely hanging on. It no longer had a big and bushy grey tail, that was long since discarded. It was purely coincidence he played with it in one soft paw, and also that he was sitting on the Winterclan border. What better place to release them then to the place they belonged? Now it tried to stand on it's hind legs but quickly lost balance. Slowly, it got it's baring, and Funk watched with rapt attention as his chimera climbed up the tree. He swore it looked back at him, and he only blinked in response as it disappeared.
Aspenmountain had been traveling through the territory when she caught sight of the Bengal tom, curious what he was doing she stopped short to watch as he released the creature and watched it vanish into the tree. Finally she revealed herself, sapphire blue eyes bright against her half white, half honey gold face. "What are you doing?" She asked, hips swaying as she stepped closer.

He was never alone. Funk stopped thinking any of his actions were ever a secret a long time ago. It was just a little surprising that the voice came from in front of him rather than behind. What a strange-looking she-cat, stitched together down the middle like a chimera himself. His eyes flickered with something before looking back towards the mountain where the squirrel disappeared. "Returning ashes to ashes." Was all the Nemesis said, needed to say. His presence screamed confidence, though he figured it'd only be a couple days until the squirrel died.
