Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
She hadn't slept in a nest for... Okay it hadn't been moons, especially since, unlike her, Fox and Funk both had actual nests because they weren't crazy and liked firm sleeping arrangements. But it still felt weird to sleep in the medicine cat den in the cushy nest. Her entire body was coated with herbal remedies that she still wasn't sure if any of it was correct or Brakewing's slathering on random ointments. Sun God, he really needed a medicine cat apprentice. Unfortunately her daughters had done a number on her and while typically she was an absolute kit, whining and disobeying medicine cats even she couldn't disagree that she was stuck in camp for sometime while recovering. It was especially bad when Lucistic and Senescence were discovering their darker side. She wanted to tell them to tame it, bury it, and move on, but of course telling them would never work. That and they were careless, they would show the wrong person and they would either manipulate or force them to their will. Maybe not today, but someday, someone was going to figure out how to combat the twins and it wouldn't be good for them when that day happened. But it didn't have to happen if they hid their darker halves.
Glowstar had requested Bluejay and Pandora meet with her and pushed herself up as they entered, her legs still trembling slightly before falling into a sitting position. Which wasn't much of a surprise after all the blood she lost, now all she could do was rest and re-hydrate.
"I sent you to stay in keepers mansion for the night because you hurt DayClan and your family. Are you both ready to talk calmly now?" Glowstar said, addressing them no differently than any of her other majorly misbehaving kits.
"Are you kidding me, I can land you in this medicine cat den for worse reasons, we don't have to listen to you," Bluejay smirked before stalking closer to Glowstar, "Pandora and I already rule this clan, you've been overthrown, it's your turn to surrender not us."
"You two might have each been given demi-goddess powers, but you're still my daughters and I'm still clan leader," Glowstar said more as a firm fact than being stern, "And since I am both of your mom I will help you reach your dream if it is to become a Goddess, but as I said yesterday night, you need to prove yourselves."

Pandora narrowed her eyes at her mother, though unlike Bluejay, she sat herself down nearby. She met Glowstar's gaze firmly, a familiar frown written across her angular features as she stared at the DayClan leader. "If you want to 'help' then why not just let us have this!? Why do you have to try and fight us? Would you rather be dealing with the Sun God?" She couldn't help but sound bitter, and not exactly willing to give up what little hold they'd cemented in DayClan. This was probably one of those days where it would have been useful to have her other parent, Foxbane, around to vouch for her. Then again, she was already dealing with the pain that was her one parent, maybe adding a second to the mix wasn't the best of ideas after all.
Glowstar looked between her daughters and leaned over placing a paw over each of theirs, "I know you don't like the Sun God and you're allowed to feel that way. But I can't hate him when he gave me both of you," She purred playfully grasping at their paws, "and I mean that, but the Sun God doesn't have a mama looking out for him, like you both do. Don't win DayClan playing the same game he did. He looks down on mortals as lesser then, but you know better because you know what it's like to be mortal. You know what it's like to lose, to fear, to be manipulated, those pains in your heart is what will make you both better gods than he'll ever be. You'll earn DayClan because DayClan deserves to have you and if you don't, then maybe you were meant for another calling."
Bluejay smirked, "Good speech, hey Pandora how about you light up the outside of the medicine cat den in fire so no one can get in and in exchange I'll make you into Pandastar once I tear that last life out of her."
"If you try and kill me I will defend myself and I know you've had no combat training your entire life," Glowstar warned Bluejay, but she almost looked too sleepy. She was still recovering from their attack and had bled out and exhausted herself more than she anticipated. She lied her head down, "But I will tell you I'm recovering longer and more weakly with every horrible injury I get. So don't expect me to survive the next time you strike."

A line of fire did light up, though it was hardly much of a threat, and it wasn't outside the medicine den, but between Bluejay and Glowstar, separating them despite being low enough to see through. "Maybe she has a point, Blue." Pandora sounded exhausted as she spoke, her claws digging into the ground. "I'm tired of being looked at like a monster for the destiny I was given no choice in. I want to make the Sun God regret giving me this power, but not because we stooped down to his level. I don't want to be a goddess at the expense of forcing cats into their fate." All that would do would be creating more cats like them, and it would only reinforce the belief that she and Bluejay were monsters, when Pandora knew they were anything but.
Bluejay for once looked a bit more normal, like an actual cat and not the psychotic birthed from the dark forest cat she was, "Fine," She said after a moment of disbelief, but her eyes bitterly stared at Glowstar with a you win this time kind of a look.
Glowstar lied her head back down, she hadn't felt this weak in a while, there was hardly anytime she was so hurt she couldn't get up, but today her wounds were hot and ached at the slightest movement. There was a piercing feeling like she was being stabbed anytime she did move a paw and especially if she rolled over. "I've missed both of you despite everything. If you would like to be Goddesses maybe you can figure out what you would like to improve on in DayClan."

Pandora shifted, slightly uncomfortable. She didn't really like seeing Glowstar so hurt, but it was just as much her fault for her mom being so injured, she supposed. "Like what?" She asked before she could stop the words from leaving her mouth. Truly, that wasn't something that she'd considered, what they wanted to bring to DayClan, and how to help them. Then again, they'd been given these powers suddenly, so all she'd really been thinking of was to get back at the god who gave them to her and Bluejay.
Glowstar shrugged, "I don't know, guiding the misguided on the best path for them, protecting the land from creepy otherworldly things, keeping the nature and water purified, giving hope when all is lost. Good Gods look for what they can give, not what they can take," She said, aiming the last sentence to Bluejay who simply retorted with a growl.
In a moons time, she was going to make sure she was ruling this place and everyone calling her Bluejaystar destroyer of Gods after she beheads the Sun God. Maybe Pandora didn't think that was a good idea right now, but she would be cool with it once she saw how good the plan would be. Which would be no plan, just get crazy powerful, force Glowstar out of her throne and decapitate Sun God, it wasn't that complicated.
"Yeah. I think what I'll actually do, is weed out the weak, interrogate possible traitors, draft SunClan cats into DayClan, and give a miracle here and there to remind everyone why I'm awesome. Oh and then make it where prey just runs into camp. I don't know how to do that, but once I do no one would ever want to kick me out or hate me or leave me ever again," Bluejay said, smiling with a sinister bright gleam in her eyes.
"That's beautiful Bluejay! If we ran Primal Instinct, which we don't. You can't just force everyone to love you, if you have someone openly hate you in the middle of camp, that's when you know you're doing things right. Because you've created an environment where people have the freedom to speak as they wish and not feel silenced by your presence," Glowstar said. It was easier to feel short with Bluejay than Pandora, because Pandora was a lot like how she was now, but Bluejay was a lot like how she was in Primal Instinct.
