Littlestar waited patiently along the DayClan border for Strik to arrive. Normally she would have just went ahead to their camp, however it seemed that while she had been away relations between SunClan and DayClan had deteriorated. Perhaps it had been a mistake for here to leave Bloodyrondo in charge of the clan so young, but the young tom had been eager to prove himself since the MoonClan incident. To badly both times she had left him with some authority things had gone badly. He was going to have to work hard to regain her trust.
In the meantime, she could only hope that she could smooth things over with Glowstar. The two of them had been friends for a while now, and had been working on restoring the relationship between the two clans. Littlestar had been spending a lot of time in DayClan showing them that she wasn't all that bad, and she had managed to keep all of her clan in line thus far.
Having already ran into a DayClan atrol and sending them to fetch Glowstar, all there was to do was wait
Strikhedoniadalisay came into view beside White Tree, her dazzling auburn fur reflected like diamonds in light casting iridescent rays beaming downhill. Even in leafbares harshest frost the white of the leaves had remained in the tree, but now that newleaf was coming the white flowers of the tree were beginning to bud. Her tail patted the seat beside her, "You're welcome to sit at White Tree with me."
Her tail curled around herself as she stared out into SunClan's land, "I'm assuming this meetup is to do with my decision to breakup the alliance?"

Littlestar smiled, moving to sit with Strikhedoniadalisay, the two leaders looking out over SunClan's land or at least what could be seen of it from this vantage point "Naturally, Bloodyrondo has given me his report but I would rather hear your side of the story as well." even now that the alliance was broken, she hadn't brought a large patrol with her. Strikhedoniadalisay wouldn't harm her, of that much she was sure and it seemed better to give a little trust when you want trust in return.
"He said that two of DayClan''s cats were found on our side of the border, unconscious. That you have accused SunClan of taking them" her tone was flat and even, neither accusing or refuting. Simply stating that facts that she had been given, and leaving it open for Strikhedoniadalisay to speak what was on her mind.
"That is correct, Lightningpaw and Cinnamonsavage were found on SunClan territory, but they were out in the open. I do believe it was a SunClan cat, I do not believe it was by any upper authority. I have been bothered by Janus enough times to know that they're not sloppy with their work. I'm having some cats investigate the matter, but it's not looking well turning out any proof. I've frozen our alliance because my clan is impulsive. I've exhausted them by siding with SunClan so many times that I could no longer afford to defend our clan anymore unless I wanted to risk my warriors taking matter into their own paws," Glowstar explained casually. She could see Littlestar's mind at work and spoke again, reassuring this time, "I'm certain this won't last long."
No evidence had been found thus far, but it didn't help that when the Janus kidnapped her there was no evidence either. DayClan didn't want to trust SunClan again because they were afraid of being hurt again. It was why she wanted to find who did it, no matter who they were so DayClan could have a trusting relationship with SunClan. It had been more heartbreaking than she expected telling Foxbane that they were breaking things off until things settled. There was no doubt she was biased wanting to easily reform the alliance to have Foxbane back, but knowing this she forced herself to be more hesitant than usual.
"Very well" while she didn't like having their alliance on shaky ground, there were merits to putting it on hold for the moment. It seemed as if Glowstar had made the correct decision in her absence, even though Bloodyrondo had made it sound like she was out of her mind "I will be conducting my own investigation, and you can rest assured that should I find the one responsible they will be delivered to you to face their punishment" It wasn't a threat, it was a promise. There was only one cat in her clan brazen enough to try and start a war the moment she was gone... She stood a sympathetic smile gracing her face "being a leader is similar to being a mother. You love all your children, but when one misbehaves they must be disciplined"
"Oh yeah, I definitely consider my whole clan like my kits. Like when one misbehaves they're not allowed to do any chores or go on any patrols, it's just a time for self reflection. So I just let them play and run around all and when they're ready they can talk to me. It works great! Except on my actual kits," Glowstar admitted, "I'm glad my kits love me, but I can't seem to get them to stop killing, it's just so hard cause all of them at once just decide, hey, let's kill everyone in DayClan and you gotta try and pull them all away and twins are just hard to handle." She caught Littlestar's stare and laughed, her smile parted across her lips like sunlight filtering through clouds, "I promise you it's quite the ordeal, but sounds good, I truly wish SunClan well and I hope we can figure this out soon. I'm sorry we have to be apart at all."

Littlestar sighed, no wonder DayClan was the way that they were... There was no discipline there "Remind me to give you some parenting advice in the near future" she flicked her tail "I wish you and DayClan well, may the Sun God bring us back together sooner rather than later"
