(Ahava Vairocana)
The apprentice, though really, she was far older than any true apprentice, walked through the snowy night, lightning occasionally lighting up the midnight sky as blizzard winds ripped through the territory and icy snowflakes tore at her fur. She didn't seem to mind it, however, black eyes peering through the dense snowfall as she walked, her frame quickly disappearing into the storm. It was hard to see, much less understand where you were, but that was fine. She could find anywhere to rest and wait it out when she got too cold, though if things kept up as they were, she would likely end up buried over anything else. Ah, well, she'd probably be fine. She'd survived worse, and really, she enjoyed the cold over heat any day. Then again, that part might not be surprising considering the burn mark that encompassed her left eye.
She hummed an eerie tune as she walked, something that made the air feel oppressive, the darkness crowding in despite the strikes of lightning that made her pupils reflect a demonic sort of red for a fraction of a second.

Divinepaw was a rather positive cat, but even he was a little creeped out by their new medicine cat apprentice. She wasn't from NightClan, and always gave off strange vibes. He couldn't help but notice her making her way out of camp in this storm, and with reluctance he stood to follow. Where ever she was going, it probably wasn't good. He kept his distance, trying to make in not as obvious that he was following her.

Ahava Vairocana had spent her life alone. Well, the vast majority of it. She knew exactly what it meant to be alone, and this was not it. Between the whining wind, she could feel the ebb and flow of another presence, the shifting shadows that didn't quite match up where they should with the trees. For a long few moments, until they were a good bit from camp, she let it go. And then she slipped behind a tree, voice falling to nothing, carefully circling the trunk to stand behind the cat following her. "Did you need something?" The feline asked suddenly.

She was there, then suddenly she was gone. He blinked wide eyes, only to spin around to face the she-cat almost bumping into her. "I... uhm..." he stammered, unable to get the image of the red demonic eyes out of his eyes as the lightning flashed once more. "No... I ddn't need anything" he took a step backwards, the fear taking over his normally cherry attitude. Who was this cat? What did she want with NightClan?

"Then why were you following me?" It was a simple, pointed question, though she seemed far too casual about it all. Her head tilted to the side, and she peered at him with and appraising gaze, ebony eyes with their pupils flashing in that worrying shade of red for a moment as she took a step nearer to him. Though she wasn't acting threatening, something about this situation, or maybe it was just the storm adding it's oppressive element to it all, made this suddenly seem very dangerous.

"I was worried about you..." he trailed off swallowing hard. It was was true, well sort of. More worried about what she was doing, but you know. Potato, potato. "Your new here, and your eyes..." he stopped as they flashed red again, sending a shiver down his spine and making his hair raise. Only confirming that he hadn't been imagining it a moment ago "they are probably not adjust to the dark yet" he tried to recover as he stumbled trying to find the words

He was lying. Or, well, that first part was true, but even she could tell that it wasn't for his stated reason. "My eyes are fine in the dark. Pretty sure I've stayed up late a day or two before I joined." Cana mused. "Well, now that we're out here, you may as well join me. Wouldn't want you getting... lost, in the snow. This isn't the weather for apprentices to just be milling about unchecked." She was right. It was hard enough to see as is, and certainly, the darkness didn't help it all.
