Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
( Sen & Luc thread, plus whoever wants to join in. Gotta love our Maverick twins. Faith c; )
It was funny really. She was one of the only two adults in the clan to be assigned the permanent rank of Maverick. As far as the classes in DayClan went, where you earned points for kindness, loyalty, empathy, and other such virtues she couldn't be farther from, it really wasn't much of a surprise. Her mother was Imperial, her daughter a Socialite, so one might wonder what glitch in the universe she'd come out of to not fit in. Then again, anyone who pondered that hadn't ever met Wanderingwight.
The heavily scarred Bright Brigade warrior was the strongest cat in the clan. In base strength, she outweighed even Glowstar. It was almost amusing that they were so fearful of giving her any sort of power, over anyone except traitors themselves, that they'd put her on the lowest rung, hoping to grasp at the straws that put them above her. It had never worked in the past, so why would it now? They'd say this was their exact point, that she needed to be controlled, but really, Wanderingwight found that idea laughable. You didn't control the strong and the scary by putting them at the lowest reigns. All that would do is breed anger and a desire for vengeance, if these ranks were truly based upon attitude and potential to abuse power.
But then again, she didn't care enough to complain about it, especially since this was the first time DayClan had really since her since these ranks were implemented, and she'd only just found out about the ins and outs from Fia. The Immortal Council likely wouldn't try to boss her own adopted mother around, at least.
Now, the rust and shadow feline wasn't here for no reason at all. She was, after all looking for Leucisticcrow, her brother. The half blind she-cat had heard he'd been headed this way, and she was bored. Not that she'd ever actually admit she was seeking him out to spend time together.
Leucisticcrow sat down below White Tree, despite the freezing cold air that had passed by for many moons White Tree still kept its leaves. He didn't react to the waves of coldness, his radioactive green gaze locked on the horizon. He turned around when he felt Wanderingwight's presence, "Zephyrglade said he's going to SwiftClan to help out, so I guess he'll be like me and visit DayClan or maybe not. Is it weird that I hoped at least our kits would grow up playing with one another the way we never could? I thought it would be so cool, like your kids and my kids, teaming up to take over the world, but turns out their not exactly super villain, I'm going to kill your whole family level like we are," He grinned with a far too casual shrug, his green eyes flashing a shade of copper.
She sat down beside him as he spoke, plus tail curling over her paws as she turned to head to listen. Senescence wasn't big on such things, but her brother did get an exception on occasion. "Well, Fia and Lorelei are, just with exceptions. Not sure where I went wrong there. Maybe I shouldn't have left one of them in DayClan if I was hoping for super villains." The Bright Brigade feline mused shrugging. "I'm not surprised about Zephyrglade, though, since most WaterClan cats have gone back, well, at least that Chimerastar guy and his family. Guess some cats can never settle down after all." Wanderingwight's whiskers twitched at that one. After all, the both of them were in two places, and at least for her part, she tended to wander already anyway, which was why cats tended to wonder how she ever got anything done when she was never at any of her 'homes.'
"Yeah, I'm almost disappointed he's more WaterClan than league, but that's what I decided on a long time ago, I didn't want evil kiddos. Even if I know they had good potential." He turned to look at Senescence, "Anyways, what do you want to do to DayClan today. Like we got these Maverick titles, but I feel we could sink lower, right?" He grinned before seeming to decide this was what they were doing, probably because that's majority of what they do together was start trouble, "Alright so I'm thinking we take Lilacpaw, that rule following brat and we drag her over to the cliffs, freak her out league style for the night. We let her go and she runs back and tells her mom who tells our mom. Y'know maybe we should grab some more victims, one might not be enough, I mean, mom really loves us, she'll keep trying to make excuses for us until she can't."
