Foxstar sat on the rock of Ceremony springs, staring off to the north and the makeshift camp not too far in the distance, just beyond the edges of where the sunflower field stopped, though still within the warmth of the hot springs. Despite the chill of the coming leafbare, here, it was as warm and humid as a greenleaf day, and only the weaker Sun gave any indication of the time of year. A faint laugh escaped her lips. DayClan and SpringClan, on SunClan territory. She'd agreed to take them, namely because she expected that Burningstar would simply let them go, and Kerrigan had her paws full in her own group after their failure to secure the Regime. Besides, she hoped to kill as many of both clans as she could, and this made it all the easier to take on Initiates, most of whom would die. Not that she'd let her captives in on that little part of the deal. Of course, it was only a matter of time before Glowstar warned them, and Foxstar doubted she'd be able to force the leader to keep her mouth shut.
Given the situation, it wasn't so odd to find Littlebird at Foxstar's side. Even with everything she had been through, having their clan take over both DayClan and SpringClan seemed strange. It didn't take a genius to realize that most of the cats they had captured would not be making it out of the makeshift camp alive. Most of the cats would refuse to convert to their religion, and even more would fail the test given to them by the Sun God.
The thought of it should have disturbed her, and yet it didn't. These conquests were merely stepping stones to achieving her own goals. Each clan the conqured made SunClan more powerful and feared. She would do what was needed, even if it meant creating more death and carnage.
She looked over to her leader and mentor, that cat who taken in a scared young apprentice and was forming her into something more. "Strik could prove troublesome... Perhaps we should isolate her from the rest of the clan"
As the soothsayer grew close, he listened with a blank expression. "Impromptu staff meeting anyone?" The tom smirked at them as he settled on the other side of Foxstar.

"So it seems." Foxstar addressed Dragonswrath first, gaze drifting to the cats to either side of her. "At this point, we're only missing Twilightbell."
A humming sound grew in her throat as she considered Littlebird's request. "It would certainly be the wises option. But even if we isolate her, the Immortal Council will revolt without question. For now, it would be best to keep a close eye on her. We can step in if we notice anything suspicious going on."
"As you wish, Foxstar" she replied while dipping her head respectfully. She wasn't sure what would cause more damage, Strik being on the loose or the Immortal Council rebeling. Both seemed rather unappealing options. However, she trusted Foxstar's judgement in these matters. In theory it would be easier to keep an eye on Glowstar since she was only a single cat, but she didn't want to underestimate the other cat either.
She had spoken with the other she-cat on several occassions, and there was no denying the cunning or danger that the other posed. Something about Strik bothered her, even though they had control over her and her clan.
