Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
[Invited Only] Autumngossamer had arranged the Blind Dates and gave no information on who anyone was meeting except simply the location, time, and activity. In this particular date the activity was stargazing in the back of SunClan's camp for a bit of privacy. Sunflower petals were sprinkled around the hill where they would be lying on.
Gingerkit sat down on the hill surrounded by yellow petals. Her bright ginger Siamese patterns a perfect blend in the golden glowing scenery around them. She had been hoping that she would meet a super cute boy and they would fall in love and maybe he'd reveal a secret side to himself or have a long scar over his eye and he would open up about his dark backstory. Gingerkit giggled in excitement at the idea, but knew better. Her mom, Autumngossamer had told her that she would be participating on this blind date so that Funkson had someone her age, so really this was a playdate. But that was okay too! Making her best BFF so they could gossip about the clans, talk about boys they had crushes on, and maybe sing songs and make crafts with sounded just as splendid. Her tail twitched back and forth wondering when Funkson would come by, after all it was exciting to meet with a Janus.

They knew Autumngossamer wouldn't let them have a proper date. Of course, Funkson only really knew what 'dating' and 'love' was so far as pain, the cute little terror that was Innocentia, and the mess of a relationship that was their father, mother, and that Glowstar of DayClan. The Soothsayer had, however, made a fatal mistake in letting the androgynous looking Bengal join in anything even resembling a date at all. Who was to say the Janus wouldn't corrupt her daughter? Because that's exactly what Funkson had in mind if they got their way.
Their auburn fur was dazzlingly painted in vibrant red and crimson styled like a bloody river of rivulets running side by side to their stripes and rosettes, black script whispered like shadows against the white and the few shades lighter fur of their underbelly. A perfect circle of ebony circled red rested upon their forehead in indication of their rank, an expression far too predatory for a child taking over their face in a dangerous sort of grin. They certainly were the child of Foxbane and Funk E'tan.
It had taken a while, but with the help of their elder brother, Castawaypaw, they'd managed to find some winter jasmine, and the small stem they carried was covered over in tiny, but pretty, pink-white flowers. This was an unnecessarily sweet gesture, but Funkson couldn't help it. They just had to win Gingerkit over.
"Gingerkit." Their voice was a sly purr, hinting at unknown thrills and midnight conspiracies. A scar ran across their throat from their time in the League prisons, but otherwise, there was nothing to mar their perfection, even their celadon eyes accentuated by the natural black 'eyeliner' they'd been born with.
(Ginger doesn't have a firm character model yet so her design might change)
"Hi Funkson!" Gingerkit greeted with a purr before looking back up at the night sky. She had clean maiden white fur with gingery sunkissed flame point siamese patterns. She had her red paint done by Shootingcomet who had painted red hell flowers climbing up her front right arm and up to her eye. Not that he told her the name of the flower. Gingerkit gave a breath taking sigh, "Isn't it beautiful out Funkson? Someday when I'm older I'm going to stare out into the night sky with my prince charming just like this. Do you ever dream of a prince coming in like a fairytale?" She asked.
If Funkson could look any less pleased by the idea of 'prince charming' they would, their nose scrunching up in something like displeasure. "There's only two things certain in life, death, and debts, and I'd rather force those on others than be stuck with them. So no, not really. I doubt there's any cat in the clans who could ever sweep me off my paws." All the same, they set down the flowers at her paws, a mischievous and unnerving sort of smile on their lips. "But you're a welcome distraction from such thoughts, either way."
"Uh... Oh you sound really passionate!" Gingerkit said determined to say something nice about Funkson. Sure they were a little bit scary, but she really wanted to make the best out of tonight and maybe make a new best friend! Suddenly she let out a delighted gasp of air, "Flowers, thank-you so much Funkson!" She purred taking a sniff at them before placing them right up behind her ears looking pleased with the gift. She shuffled her ginger paws sheepishly before meeting their eyes, "I don't really understand most of what you said, I'm sorry," She admitted becoming more unnerved by Funkson's smile with each passing moment. Still her own smile was as genuine and sweet as honey bearing the same essence as a virtuous princess, "Um I'm really glad though that I can help distract you from things, I think! Either way I think it's so awesome to get to have some one on one time with a Janus, you're so special!"
Her tail patted the spot next to her for Funkson to sit down.
