[Oh my god I love host club, shadowkit? Can i please have him?]

Pollenkit was sitting in her nest, eyes on the nursery entrance, it was a position she could often be found in, waiting for her father to come visit; of course he never did, but still she waited. Today seemed different though as the tom stepped into the milk scented den, but oh was she in for a surprise. Pollenkit jumped to her paws and made it half way to Honeysplash when she saw the queen and her kits follow in after him. "Daddy, who are they?" She asked uncheerily, her ears laid back slightly against her head.

Pollenkit narrowed her earth tone eyes as soon as the words Half-siblings hit her ears, how many siblings would she have before it was all said and done, would her father show them the attention she so desperately tried to receive or would they be another lost memory in his mind. "Why did you bring them here?" She asked loudly, her distaste for the new comers quite obvious, they didn't smell of Sunclan, but seeing as she had never been out of camp she couldn't tell where they had come from.

Shadowkit stood tall as they entered the nursery, he was separate from his siblings but not by much, close enough to see them all as well as take in his surroundings.

The she cat that Honeysplash had guided into the nursery had stayed quiet until now both overwhelmed by being surrounded by so many cats, and even the unfriendly kit that she realized rather quickly also belonged to Honeysplash. When Swelteringeclipse entered however she instinctively curled around her sons protectively, though she was pitifully thin, and half starved. She had been struggling to care for their kits alone so she begged the tom to bring her back to his clan, though now she wasn't sure she made the right call.

Hornetkit came to sit beside his sister, Pollenkit. His eyes rested on each of the new kits as their father pointed to each one, introducing them. After their first true interaction with their father Honeysplash, Hornetkit cared less and less for the tom to the point where he barely recognized him as his father. In fact, Honeysplash wasnt a father at all in Hornetkit's eyes. A father was what the other kits in the nursery had. Someone that would come and see them, play with them, tell them stories. No, Honeysplash never did any of that. He was a pathetic excuse for a father. How dare he even call himself one? Hornetkit was nothing more than the spawn of Honeysplash. That is how Hornetkit would always see him. The cream and white tom had lost all respect for Honeysplash a long time ago.

Hornetkit flashed the kits and their mother a disgusted look. "The kits may be part Sunclan, Honeysplash. But she isnt." He pointed out rudely to his father's reprimanding comment toward Pollenkit before his father left the den. It infuriated him that Honeysplash would belittle Pollenkit in front of not only Honeysplash's new fling but also in front of their half siblings. His distasteful gaze turned coldly to Honeysplash's new lover and scoffed. "Dont get too comfortable. It will only be a matter of time before he moves on from you to the next fertile brood." After his heartless retort, he turned his back and settled himself down in their nest.


Waspkit, who was sitting silently on the other side of Pollenkit, held his breath as his brother spoke so unfriendly toward everyone. He knew Hornetkit could be a stick in the mud sometimes but he was worried that Hornetkit would be punished for lashing out like that. What would Sweetie think of him? What would his mother and father say? Waspkit was almost afraid to say anything. The calico tom's green eyes rested on Shadowkit and he gave his half sibling a forced smile in greeting.

Hornetkit heard his mother's scolding and let out a defeated sigh. If he respected anyone, it was his mother. She cared for him and loved him. Unlike Honeysplash, she guided him and nurtured him like a mother was suppose to. He curled up to her and rested his chin on one of her paws.

Waspkit lowered his eyes awkwardly, pawing at the ground. Then his ears swiveled as his mother gently scolded his brother. Waspkit let out a silent sigh of relief that their mother didn't go too hard on him and it didnt seem like Hornetkit was too bothered by the scold. Waspkit took a step toward his new siblings and their mother. "My name is Waspkit." He introduced himself, giving a polite dip of his head. "And that's my brother, Hornetkit. And youve met my sister, Pollenkit" Waspkit gestured to each of his litter mates, watching as Hornetkit sniffed and turned his gaze away from the group before turning his own gaze back.

Waspkit smiled apologetically, clearly embarrassed by his brother's attitude. "Sorry about Hornetkit. He can be a bit moody at times. Do you guys want to go outside and play? I saw this really cool beetle out there earlier! We can see if it's still there!"

Troublekit giggled "Did you hear that Heartkit, they are still playing with beetles". It seemed rather childish to him "What about we show you some hunting moves! Mom had been teaching us how to catch mice"

Troublekit chuckled "Okay!!! Well come on, we need more room than this stuffy place" he replied looking around the nursery with a rather unimpressed expression. He flickered his tail looking back over his shoulder at Hornetkit and the other "Unless your scared that is" he winked before racing out of the nursery not waiting for an answer from the other kits.
