My cat Amadea has organized a secret get together for all the lonely hearts out there. We'll all meet up and get to know one another, Amadea has arranged a feast where everyone can mingle before the big event.

THE MEET AND GREET [you're here] Amadea and her helpers have prepared a feast where we can mingle. This will play out in one thread. Just some light hearted fun, kinda like a gathering. This is a good time to introduce each other and get a feel for who these lonely heart are. Also, you'll get to meet Amadea c;
Q&A These are like little interviews with the cats you want to pair up. They'll be in character and just be a post long where you'll tell everyone about your cat. This is going to be it's own thread and I may keep these going after the event. - link -
THE SPEED DATING This will be on this thread, Amadea will announce the start of the round. At this point cats will just begin talking to each other. Once someone pairs up with someone else I'll make a note on the announcement post. The round lasts a few days and then Amadea will call stop and start a new one. At the end of the thread I'll make a post listing all the pairings we had and then if you had interest in pursuing a plot with someone all you gotta do is shoot them a message or reply to the thread. - link -

Amadea ordered her helpers to pile the food they'd spent two days finding in neat rows. Soon, her guests would arrive to find plenty of fish, a few birds, some small mammals, and even a generous pile of kittypet food to feast on.
She'd decided that these cats needed someone to care about their lonely hearts and had taken it upon herself to scour the clans and twolegplace for cats that were perhaps open to meeting somebody. That had been a moon ago. And tonight was the night to see whether this venture into the affairs of others would be successful. The fluffy white cat sat beside the pile of birds and waited, eyes trained on the undergrowth.
