» I, Ebonykit, went to my nest when it was time for bed. I didn't expect myself to fall asleep so quickly, but I did! No sooner had I laid my head down and closed my eyes, the Dark Forest loomed in front me. I groaned as I realized who the cats where in front of me, my parents. "What do you want now?" I shouted at them in anger. All I wanted was one peaceful night to myself, but nope, they wouldn't allow it. My parents without warning, launched themselves at me, forcing me to defend myself. I did what I could, or what I was able too.
» Meanwhile, in the waking world, I would have found myself far from home. I would have walked out of camp and into some tunnels that led to Renegade Regime. I would have been found fighting two invisible enemies, unaware that it was all in my dreams. I would have scratched the dirt, rolled around and done many other things too, even attack a cat that was twice my size.
» I finally woke up, looked around me, thinking I was still in my den and soon realized I wasn't. I blinked my eyes to awaken them more, when I smelled someone heading towards me. I stood up to face who ever it was.
"Why, isn't this just peculiar?" meowed the sickly sweet voice of a particular Regime feline. Gossamer Alessandra enjoyed night walks, even though, well, all walks were night walks if she stayed in the tunnels. She liked to ignore that fact, and ignore the fact that her internal clock had been perpetually messed up by this. "A little baby, so far from home." Her whiskers twitched in delight as she moved forward, closing the distance between the two of them. Fascination was in her eyes. Wasn't there an unsaid rule, or maybe it was perfectly said, that children needed to stay in camp? How did this particular child end up in her own home? Peculiar indeed. She tilted her head, before giving the kitten a good sniff.
"You're a long way from Kansas, aren't you, baby?" she asked. She wasn't quite sure where the scent came from- she hadn't particularly bothered to memorize the scents of those who were particularly far from her - but she knew it wasn't Regime, or Loner, or Rogue, or even kittypet. It sort of reminded her of Glowstar, but not, so she had a sense that maybe it was a forest clan kitten. She blinked; it didn't quite matter where he was from; he just wasn't from here.
"How did you get here?" Her voice was kind, the kind of kind that one shouldn't trust, but probably would anyways. "Or, I guess we can introduce each other first, hmm? I'm Commander Gossamer Alessandra, and you are, sweet angel child?"

» I flattened my ears as I glared at the bigger cat.
"Yeah, I am! I suppose." I replied as I let my ears my go back to being perked up. I licked my fur uncomfortably before I answered her.
"I... ummm... Slept-walked here." I answered with a pang of uncertainty. I looked up at her realizing that I was in big trouble. »
» "I am Ebonykit! I'm from NightClan!" I told her once she gave me her name, I dipped my head to her in respect, as I had been forced to do, by my parents.
I lowered my head in shame. "I'm sorry for being on your territory. I didn't mean to come here." I apologized to her. »
» I lifted my head to look at her and to look around the tunnels from where I sat.
"How do I get back home?" I asked uncertainly, tears threatening to flow out of my eyes. I shook my head to get rid of them, not wanting to look weak. »
She noticed the tear in his eye, and her bottom lip quivered for a moment. He had so quickly accessed her one weakness - cute things, or more specifically, cute things in pain. "Awww, baby," she meowed, before pulling the kitten close to her. Of course, this was probably the exact opposite of the thing that the kitten wanted to happen, but Gossamer couldn't help but give him a hug! "Don't cry, Ebonykit of NightClan. It's okay, buddy. We'll get you back." Honestly, she wasn't sure how she was going to get him back, or how she could get him back without being accused of kitnapping, but she'd figure it out somehow.
"And, hey, none of that apologizing or bowing stuff they teach you, kay? Commander is just a formality, ya don't have to do none of that dumb other stuff. And, between you and me, you're welcome in my tunnels any time that you want." She gave him a lick on his head, before looking around. She wasn't too familiar with how to get to NightClan from this particular spot, but she'd have to figure it out, right? She pulled away from the embrace she had pulled him into, before glancing around.
"So, you sleep-walked here? That's a pretty neat party trick," she meowed, trying to make sure that she got the story right. "And so you have no idea which way you came from, right?"

» I, Ebonykit, sniffled and then rubbed my tear dripping down my nose with a paw.
"But won't we both be in trouble?" I asked her as I allowed her to move me close to her.
I wasn't really an affectionate cat, but in this time I didn't really care, I was just glad someone was here to help me out. »
» After I was done crying my eyes out and gave her a small smile.
"Ok!" I said as I finally hugged her and allowed her to lick my head.
I wasn't really the touchy-feely kind, but right now I couldn't care less, as long as she brought me home. »
» "Yes, I did. I was visiting my parents in the Dark Forest, they attacked me and that is why you saw me fighting invisible enemies." I explained to her.
"They came to me in my dreams, and decided to force me to fight them. when they were alive, well my father, he abused me, and now that he is dead, he visits and continues to torment me in my dreams." I said to her as I walked up to stand beside her. »
