Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Chimerastar had noticed a few new cats among their ranks lately... well, more than a few, really; his little group had blossomed from just he and his siblings to a full gathering of cats, and they were almost a proper clan now. It was a strange thought and he wasn't sure how he felt about it. One could argue a clan without cats was no clan at all, but he wasn't convinced it was right choice to become leader again either. How did he know he was making the right choice by doing this? Soon he'd need to talk with StarClan, but he dreaded the day.
The lean ginger tom wove through the cave, glancing around at the lumps of spanish moss they were pretending to call nests. There was no way they could live here long, and come newleaf he'd be moving them as soon as possible, but the cave was home for now. It was all they had and he had no other home to offer them. All the same, it was getting late, and he dreaded curling up in the nests they had left. It would be another long and cold night. He headed toward the nests only to pause, a sinking feeling deep in his chest as he realized they had too few. With all the new cats joining, he'd neglected to see to creating them new nests.
Fine, he'd sleep on the cave floor instead. A leader left the nests for the cats that needed them, right? Gingerly he crept over to the cave wall and tried to settle down more comfortably on the hard, cold floor.
