Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Mudthistle let out an annoyed growl as her yellow-green eyes spotted billowing gray clouds forming in the distance, her short-furred form shivering against the chilly wind. Her surrogate father, Summerclan's Medicine Cat Graythorn, had asked her to check up on one of the herb gardens on the far side of the territory. At the time, the dark brown she-cat had been more than happy to help out her family, though staring up at the impending rain or snow hanging over her head, the pregnant feline wished that he had asked her just a little earlier in the day. "Starclan, please make Greenleaf come soon," she muttered under her breath as she continued on her way through the cold forest.
"Or at least, don't let it snow until I'm back in my warm, comfortable nest."

Eldin scowled as he picked up his paws, trying to pull clumps of mud from between his pads. The cold ground stung his paws and he shook his forepaw irritably. "This sucks," he muttered, with a bitter glance up at the sky. It didn't look like it was about to get any warmer today, but he'd had enough snow to last a lifetime, and this was his first leafbare. As his gaze dropped again he picked out the pregnany she-cat headed out toward the storm and frowned, setting down his paws and bounding her way. "Hey! What are you doing out here, Mudthistle? It's going to be a cold one!"
Mudthistle's ears perked up at the sound of her name being called, and the she-cat stopped and turned to see the familiar form of her clanmate heading her way. "Hi Eldin," she meowed, forcing out as cheerful of a greeting as she could muster in such awful weather. "I came out here to check up on the herb fields for Graythorn, but honestly?" The she-cat sighed tiredly. "I just couldn't stand being cooped up in camp any longer. Since I announced my pregnancy, everyone's been treating me like I'm about to just flop over or something." She chuckled halfheartedly at the joke, before blinking in surprise as a single snowflake drifted down right in-between the pair of cats. "Though I think I'm starting to regret that now..."
"I know they might be babying you, but they have a point," he reasoned, "it's cold out here and you're.... delicate right now." Indeed, Eldin looked afraid that touching her might cause her and the kits to shatter. "Shouldn't we get you back to camp? You can come back out when the weather is a little nicer."
