Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Flyblink woke up before dawn, he planned on hunting and helping around camp that day. He was skinny and weak, from not eating the past few days, due to working too hard. He rose out of his nest on shaky legs and sighed a deep sigh of exasperation, before forcing himself out of the den and into the camp clearing. He looked around and then raced out of the camp and began his tracking for prey.
By the time the sun came out he had caught a bunch of prey and was still looking for more. He was stalking a mouse, and soon had it in his jaws. His stomached growled, but he ignored it. He continued to hunt, until it was almost Moonhigh, by then he was tired exhausted and weak. He was however making his way home and had grabbed the last of his prey, when he collapsed on the forest floor. His prey scattered around him, as he laid with his eyes closed and his breathing slowing down.

Rainfrost was coming back with her catch when she saw a black cat laying on the ground. She dropped what she was carrying and came over to his side. "What's wrong? Are you sick?" she asked as she gave Flyblink a nudge with her paw. Quickly she wondered if she'd have to run to get the medicine cat.
"I'm exhausted." He replied weakly. "I spent all day hunting and patrolling and didn't eat!" He replied to her in gasps. He knew he should have had food, but he was determined to care for his clan-mates first, in every way he can, which often led him to exhaustion and fainting spells.

Upon hearing his reply, Rainfrost thought, Well it serves you right. You only brought this on yourself by not eating! But of course she didn't say it aloud. Instead she meowed, "You better eat something then to get your strength back. If you stay out here, you'll freeze to death." She moved a mouse she had caught over by his nose. It was small and scrawny like most mice during this miserable season but it would be sufficient enough to provide strength to a cat. "I'll stay here with you and when you feel good enough to walk, I'll help you bring in your catch."
Flyblink groaned inwardly but ate the mouse without protest, feeling himself get stronger. "The reason I do this, may be stupid, but I feel necessary. I only eat when I have done all chores and everything asked of me before I eat. I just want to make sure that everyone is cared for before I take care of myself, like the code states." He explained himself to her as he slowly rose to his paws.

"Steady now," Rainfrost cautioned. "You might become dizzy and fall over again." She moved in closer in case she would be needed to help keep Flyblink on his feet. She was however pleased to see him recover as quickly as he did. "How do you feel now? Can you make it back to camp?"
