Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.

Promotions Nyiradessa -> Shaman (@ian) Blue -> Mage (Jadie)
Reassign Mentors (training thread are not required) Yayf-kun (stardance) -> Kanya (Honeystorm)
Funk knew this was a dumb idea. And that he'd certainly get yelled at by someone. Not that he wasn't usually. But he needed someone that would stay around. Shaman and mages weren't consistent the moment he left the position. Still, as others settled, he couldn't deny the smile on his face. It was a trademark, surely everyone would know he had something planned.
"Hear thee. Hear thee. First, Yayf-kun. You will now be under the tutelage of Kanya." The League wasn't much for applause, even when the bengal signaled for them too. Oh well. "And secondly, please welcome your new Shaman and Mage." Oh he didn't tell them before this. Oops, "Nyiradessa and Blue!"

Nyiradessa's eyes did not give anything away in terms of a reaction. They were completely emotionless as her head tilted to the side. What an interesting chain of events. The she-cat had only been back in the League for a few moments of time, and she hadn't expected to be here much longer. Yet, here she was... It was then that his words settled in slightly more. Here she was ... as Shaman. She had finally made it, after all of these moons... She closed her eyes for a moment, before opening it again and letting the briefest of a smirk pass her lips. She had finally done it, taken back what she deserved.
Oh. This was familiar. Myst chuckled from his spot fairly close to the now shaman. Funk had had this thing for just promoting cats out of the blue, and here was he at it again. "Congrats." He muttered under his breath to the she cat beside him. "Let me know if you need anything from me or the zoo." He glanced back up at Funk, trying to ensure he was done speaking before turning his attention fully to the newly appointed Shaman.
Blue had been standing far in the back of the crowd as she usually did. She liked to keep to the shadows during these meetings, but not this time; she wouldn't have been able to see Funk properly if she had. Looks like love made her stupid. She should have gone with her instinct. Mage. Her hackles rose as she began to feel the eyes of her league-mates settle on her pelt, many of which were probably seeing her for the first time. She shot a glare at Funk with softened pretty much immediately as tears welled into her eyes. She wasn't distraught, no, just overloaded. And she thought killing that cat on accident had been bad, huh... social anxiety certainly was the most powerful foe she had ever faced.
She turned her gaze to the other cat Funk had named. She'd never seen this one before, hadn't heard anything about her, it seemed she was a new recruit. Nyiradessa, huh? She hoped the older she-cat knew more about herbs than Blue herself. It wouldn't take much. The little black she-cat had already been on her paws when the announcement was made so she didn't waste any time quietly exiting the room.
