Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Kotori was up at dawn giving Flamingstar a teasingly annoyed expression at how tired she was. He looked up at the leader, “Alright, dawn patrol will pass through, I know that Lightningpaw and Cinnamonsavage get typically paired up during this day. They’ll spread out, I’ll grab them each, but you gotta help me carry them back to the cave. That’s when we’ll have our fun decorating them in all kinds of wounds fo DayClan to think that SunClan did,” He smirked, “And don’t worry, I found an herb that can help blur their memories, there’s not much of a chance for them to remember us.”
Flamingstar grumbled, definitely not being a morning cat. She usually came out at night. It was well past her bed time and she wasnt happy about it. "How do you even know that much about Dayclan?" She wondered out loud, not really expecting him to answer. It was just kind of strange that he knew who got paired up with who and when. It was a little freaky.
Kotori tasted the air, his ears perking up at her question and at first he seemed to ignore her before replying, “It’s best if you don’t know, just-“ He turned to look at her, his expression serious, yet full of emotion, “Promise to always remember that my power is always your power. Everything I have is yours and you’ll never need to fear betrayal like you do with others.”
He turned away, his short figure walking a little more before stopping, “Alright, here is good, stay low and watch for me. When I take out one I’ll need you there to help transport, “But I call carrying Lightningpaw, sorry I can’t be very chivalrous with my size.” He wasn’t insanely small, but he was also clearly a runt.
Cinnamonsavage sighed aggravatedly, it was cold and though his coat was glorious and all. It still didn't completely keep out the biting chill of Leaf Bare. He'd been assigned Lightningpaw again for hunting. He wondered if his mother was hoping that by interacting with him Lightningpaw would come around more to liking DayClan and her own kin within it. "Come on let's try to catch something aside from cold." Cinnamonsavage said tartly looking around. "You try over there by the few trees and I'll go see if I can get lucky by that rock over there."
Before Flamingstar could say anything, Kotori had already turned his back. What did he mean by that? Surely he doesn't think anything would happen... She thought with an irritable flick of her tail. She followed him a little more slowly, keeping an eye out for anyone unexpected to arrive and catch them in action. She rolled her eyes when he called the apprentice. Of course she would be stuck with a full grown warrior. Luckily, she was decently strong for a female and it wasn't like she couldn't handle it. She crouched down, waiting their victims. It wasn't long before she heard voices. She held her breath instinctively as they neared.

"You don't need to tell me. I can hunt well enough without your input." Lightingpaw's voice was an irritable sigh as she turned to trot away from the warrior. No matter how long she'd been in the clan, Rubyflame's daughter had never quite fit in, brash and uncooperative to those around her. She didn't ever seem to get over feeling like she didn't belong in DayClan, and as she was walking way, she found herself once again looking toward the SunClan border.
Kotori knew that Cinnamonsavage would likely remain focused on Lightningpaw, but given apprentices track records she likely wasn't focused on Cinnamon so the warrior was the best victim to strike first. He slunk near where Cinnamonsavage was, his claws unsheathed as he waited for just a moment to make sure Lightningpaw was distracted looking elsewhere and then lunged into Cinnamonsavage intentionally rolling with him until he felt his back brush up a rock. He savagely grabbed Cinnamonsavage's head in his claws attempted to bash the toms head against the rock. Kotori was small and fighting was not something he was great at, but speed was definitely on his side.
