Here on Classic we understand that sometimes life can get difficult and we struggle. We may need to receive advice, vent, know that we are not alone in our difficult times, or even just have someone listen to what's going on in our lives. In light of these times, we have created the support threads below that are open to all of our members at any time.
Redsky groaned as he stood up, his joints creaking. He refused to believe that he was old as such he was after all only six. The auburn tom strode out into camp heading towards the prey pile. Selecting a small rabbit he moved off to the side to eat. Planing out his day he thought a nice hunt might be good in the warmer afternoon. Before that he could always wander down to the beach or over the moors. For the moment though he enjoyed his meal. It was a bit thin, but that was almost better. It was a meal for one this way and he didn’t have to share. It wasn’t that he really hated sharing, he just did not feel like chatting just yet. Redsky needed a moment to wake up and figure out his day.

Ashensnow stretched each leg behind her as she left the warriors den. Her empty belly growled so she decided to see what was left on the fresh kill pile. After pawing through last night's meager remains, she pulled out a scrawny frozen mouse and walked away few paces away to eat it. The cold meat filled her belly but left her feeling even colder. How she wished for warmer weather to come once again. A hunt would warm her up but who to go with? she wondered as she cast her eyes about the camp. They fell upon Redsky who was a few steps away. "Good morning," she meowed as she came closer.
Pushing away the larger bones Redsky looked over at the white molly. “Ah yes, good morning to you.” He gave her a gentle smile before washing his face. He had groomed when he woke up but after eating he always felt like another wash was needed. “Any plans for the day? I was thinking about heading to the beach if it gets warmer.” He watched the rest of the camp start their days. He had not been assigned to a patrol for a few days and so was craving something to do.

"That sounds like a good idea," Ashensnow answered. "I probably won't be asked to join a patrol today." She had been on patrols for the past three days and was told she could have a day off. "I thought I might do some hunting on my own but having a partner would help assure a better success. Mind if I join you?" After giving a foreleg some licks, she swiped it over her right ear a few times. A small scratch was healing and caused it to itch.
